I'm from Cleveland too... Elyria to be exact.

I booked a week at a Wyndham resort in Vegas for a week  through third party.  Apparently they try to pressure you into singing up for a presentation even before they give you your room key,  I don't want to do any presentations, so they best be okay with taking no for an answer.

This is helpful information! TY!
Most timeshare videos just warn against getting (swindled into buying) one, but your video here offers actual ways to say no. 👍😘

Thanks. Some of the best tips yet on what to say. Will use them when I go to my meeting near the end of this year.

Easy hack:
Dress modestly and bring a small notepad and pen. When signing in, write your name down and show the person… eventually they’ll ask if you can speak, write down No and show them. Do not speak, at all, only answer by writing and showing, and after you’ve written “No” multiple times they give up quickly and give you the reward. I’ve done this dozens of times in Vegas, resorts, and at conferences.

It doesn't matter what objection you have, they've heard it before. Just tell them you're not buying a timeshare, but you will spend the required 90 minutes. I will say "I can easily afford a timeshare but will never purchase one. It doesn't matter what excuse I give you will have a reason for me to buy it". I also say "I have a money you want, it's your job to try and get it, it's my job to protect it at all cost". I will also say "It doesn't matter what you say, the only thing that matters is what is WRITTEN in the sales contract, you can promise me the world, but I would never bind a sales contract with MY signature before consulting with my attorney."

Love that kitchen tile color. Also very nice video. I'm heading to a timeshare presentation now.

Say you don’t like to travel. And say you don’t have money. I just saved you 10 minutes.

Good info, thx!

Help please if you can. How do I found the offer. I want free hotel to spend time with my family. I can’t afford vacation now.

My wife and I let them know we have points from our business and credit card purchases and therefore, get our hotels and airfare for free/points. We let them know we have a ton of points and will not run out in the foreseeable future. They really don't have a comeback for that except that the timeshare would be an insurance policy if you will once we retire or run out. Many of the sales tactics they use do not work against this.

In addition to the the points that you get to spend every year don’t forget you have to pay monthly maintenance fee of around $100 till the time you have this timeshare i.e. $1200 per year. I think this is a big scam, they tried to hook me up in Orlando

Nosotros Duramos 4 hrs

I’ve been an owner for 3 years and although I do hate their sales tactics i do not regret buying. The main issue with unhappy owners is that they don’t take the time to learn and understand what they own.  I don’t do any owners update: 1. Because the gifts are not worth my family’s time 2. Because although they are liars, they also have families to feed and I will not let their actions dictate my integrity   When I decided to do the presentation (when I first purchased) I did A LOT of research to make sure it was worth it. So when I attended I knew they couldn’t lie and everything they told me had to be in writing 🤷🏻‍♀️

U can buy ur own condo somewhere for 110k

Plus maintenance fees monthly

Let me get this straight. They offer you 400k points for $100k and then when you say "no" enough times, you can have the same amount of points for less than $5k? I get that there is a "within 24 months" stipulation but honestly so gross.

Lie to get into the meeting, sometimes they dont let you go if you have partner and say they cant come. Only go if the gift is money or some form of gift card (not a hotel or travel gift card). Dont tell them you lied to get into the presentation. Then tell the salesman/lady your only here because they ripped off your mom and you want to claw something back. Start reading out reviews out loud so other people in the room hear and you will be on your way with your gift

so u got the voucher and stay at the room, then u come to the presentation and still get room offer?

Never sign anything. Not even a sign-in sheet. Don’t let them photocopy your documents, like your ID or drivers license. They WILL forge your signature on documents.

Will!

People should really stay away from these pitches. It’s not worth the risk.

Two letters. NO !!
Just say know you are not buying.  That’s  is the only tip you need.
