I fast regularly, never for weight loss, just longevity.

Eddie, you are saving my life.  2 stone down in 8 weeks, only sourcing mince and steak from my local butchers, thank you man 💪🇬🇧

I’ve just broke my water only fast today I done 13 days - broke my fast with a cup of beef bone broth 4-5 hrs later I ate 2 boiled eggs and some sliced chicken breast. Off to bed soon and I will repeat the broth and the eggs and chicken tomorrow

Fasting had biblical grounds and men should be doing this regularly

Eddie is one of the coolest guys in the health space 😎

Fasting: the ability for the body to repair itself and increasing longevitiy

I work in a corporate environment and I’m under heavy stress. Right now I’m on my 46th hour of a water‑only fast. My mind feels bright and calm — it’s been a long time since I felt relief from that “balloon‑head” feeling. i was preparing cutting sugar, eaing less and less and here we are 46th hour only water between around 44th i drink first electrolites + magnesium, a little chest pain from time to time near heart.  but overall i think it will be worth it. super focused like never before.

Life changing Health benefits when it comes to FASTING

I like your observations about breaking a fast. We've been told to break a fast gently with bone broth, powders and pills. It makes no sense.

this was awesome

Eddie stay blessed my brother! May God keep growing your channel and influence, you inspire alot of brothers and sisters!. Thanks for your time! 🙏

Going off topic for a moment - Eddie it would be really helpful if you could give advice on preparing meals to take out. Like a lot of people I'm out of the house for much of the day and need a packed lunch. Many thanks

Fully agree with all. I do 19/5 most days. Done about 10x 48 hour fasts. 2x 72 hour fasts. 1x 5 1/2 day water fast. I have some medium health issues and this has all helped massively! Although I don't agree with Eddie's diet ideas / suggestions because we all have different DNA. Everyone should get allergy tests, blood tests, consider what your ancestors eat. I can't eat too much fat for example as I have an auto immune disease and auto immune diseases are skyrocketing worldwide. Fats have histamines which makes my autoimmune condition worse. I am now 75% carnivore & 25% vegetables & fruits. That diet works for me. Thanks for reading. Good luck everyone 🙏

The body is a healing machine, just let it do its job, i am fasting since 35 years,,, no health insurance is needed,,,,,,

Day 2 water only, I’ll
See how long I can go but no hunger pains yet.
