Today we head over to Ryder Motorcycles in Sittingbourne so my brother can ride the Kove 800X Pro, a bike he’s already put a deposit down on after trading in his CCM Spitfire Blackout Edition.
In this video I give a first ride and walkaround review of the 2026 Kove 800X Pro, an updated for 2026 Chinese ADV that genuinely surprised me. With new features over last year’s model, a slick, modern design, and a soundtrack that really stands out, this bike punches well above expectations.
The Kove 800X Pro review covers initial impressions, build quality, styling updates, and that all-important exhaust note — because let’s be honest, it’s all about the sound. Chinese adventure bikes are moving fast, and this one shows just how far things have come for 2026.
If you’re considering a mid-weight ADV bike and wondering whether the Kove 800X Pro deserves a place on your shortlist, this video should help you decide.

It looks like North America is still getting the throttle cable version for '26 according to the @RideRealised channel.
