The title is true though.

2007 was the peak in terms of any form of story telling (I consider Bumblebee and Rise of the Beasts separate from bayverse)...

Definitely recommend to watch all his Transformers videos, i generally think it's a shame when people skip the non Bay ones

I’m ngl the comments that usually say; they can’t watch the other transformers stuff “because it’s cheesy and cartoons…” kinda sounds hypocritical.

Not to sound hateful; but there’s a lot of silly stuff in these movies, that the cartoons sometimes take more seriously.

8:00 Look. I know Beast Wars has NOT aged well visually but oh my god it's so worth seeing. Dinobot alone is some of the best character story Transformers has ever created. You gotta try it for your own sake.

10:58 Spielberg is like one of the major filmmaking goats, he directed Jurassic Park 1-2, Jaws, ET, War of the Worlds and multiple others

Yay a vtuber I can ramble endlessly about my robots with

You need to watch Beast Wars. It is the best written piece of media in the franchise.

Trust me, by the end of Episode 3 you won't even notice the animation anymore, you just need to get invested in the characters and it all just fades away.

You don't know who Steven Spielberg is? He's one of the most famous people in the film industry. He made Jaws, and E.T., and Jurassic Park, and Indiana Jones, and so many more.

There's a video about the development of Devastator in RotF that I think you'd really enjoy. Tons of cool concept art.

9:36 Why yes, there IS a battleship movie, and for some reason my dad keeps rewatching it lol. Pointlesshub has a video on that movie as well

Transformers Prime probably my favourite series, loved watching it as a kid and rewatch clips from time to time. Also love Armada. As for the character, would have to be Optimus or Grimlock

When I realised all TF movies have the same plot, I just can't unsee it anymore

Transformers 2007 is peak.
Cody’s Transformers saga is fun to watch. I think you’ll enjoy his commentary.
Also, his TF 3 video was removed by Paramount, so you’ll have to find a reupload of it, and the 1986 Transformers movie is returning to theaters this weekend if you didn’t know.

I do know of a couple of videos that go over the advances in tech that the Bay movies made, particularly in CGI. ILM really did some amazing work. The channel CGY has 2 separate videos on it.
