Sir Michael Gambon claimed to be gay in interviews, to amuse himself. Later on he started saying he was straight in interviews, to amuse himself further. When an interviewer pressed him asking him why he no longer gay. Sir Gambon replied "because it made my eyes water"

Gambon was notorious for messing around. He was a qualified pilot and once took a friend up in a plane to help him get over his fear of flying. Gambon then pretended to have a heart attack.

It's awesome that Gambon had Dumbledore's eccentric edge in real life.

Honestly, the kids growing up acting in Harry Potter seem much more put together and thoughtful than most of the Disney ones.

How funny is it that Draco the pureblood is actually a Weasley in real life haha, I love it :D

I always loved Michael Gambon as Dumbledore, he was so funny and had such a presence on screen! Every word he delivered with power and warmth. Love love him!

To be able to look back fondly on the memories and to take away life and professional lessons.  Beautiful! And a great inside look to the films! Thank you, Tom!

Mr Malfoy looks like he has a hell of a magic night before.

I find it absolutely bizarre how much Tom seems to be aging into looking more like his on-screen father over the years. I know they cast Jason Isaacs in part because he could pass as Felton’s father, but it seems like the resemblance is even stronger today than it was 24 years ago!

I do love Tom, and I'm so glad he managed to get out of bed for this interview.

So that's what Gambon meant when he said he was just playing himself as Dumbledore. Wow it really makes sense, he was Dumbledore 😢

I have always admired Sir Michael Gambon and was delighted when he's took on the role of Dumbledore.

As great as it is working with Britain's finest actors, I forgot about the pressure of working in front of Britain's finest actors. I'm glad that they took the young ones under their wing to help them. It's also telling that Michael Gambon didn't try to give advice, he just tried to get Tom to relax.

Gambon Playing Dumbledore Calmly...

Tom is now a goat.  Thanks!

They really did have a wonderful cast in the Harry Potter films that will never be matched. ❤

LOL! That was a wonderful story and such a perfect way to use humor to ease the situation! Btw...my nieces and their friends absolutely LOOOOOOVE Draco lol....

Felton now has a John Hurt-esque voice. It must be a British thing.

Really looking forward to watching Felton have a long, interesting career. He was great as Malloy. Showed quite a range- sometimes the comic relief, sometimes the angsty, evil teen… etc

I loved the original Dumbledore! But I like Michael Gambon as well. But the first two films with the original Dumbledore I will always cherish. And Tom Felton is so sweet and genuine. Loved him as Draco and love him much more than the three main characters. Too bad they already screwed up the series. So sad, for the original Snape, Alan Rickman.
