I’ve just bought my 4th T7 …. Yamaha has it 99.9% a cracking bike and a genuine all rounder ….. as well as keeping it semi simple it’s still in a good price range . Excellent review 👍

I've been having a blast on my 25' Tenere, it can truly do it all. The added electronics don't take anything away from it's off-road capability but makes it more friendly as a everyday bike. My Tenere is my weekday commuter and my weekend toy.

So I was super interested in this bike, but no dealer had one I could ride. BMW however had bikes I could demo, and this is probably why I ride a GS and not a T7 now.

What a great review ❤ thanks 👍

Thank you for this review. I’ve watched most of the ones I could find for the 2025 model and yours made me feel good about purchasing one. I have a deposit on a sky blue standard model. I’m in Canada and we don’t get the rally. I am not a hard core off-roader. Just like to explore backroads and easy trails and some touring the countryside. This should be perfect for me

Yamaha could really dominate the mid adventure sector if they would add tubeless tires, cruise control, a lower tank, a better seat and 15 more horsepower.

I had a 22 Honda Africa twin and has way to much electronic features that were nothing but problems even their Honda certified Redline Tech couldn't even figure it out I hated the bike that that had all that on it, now I've bought a 25 T7 and yes I do not need all that Electronics on it you don't take a Volkswagen and turn it into a Ferrari and it'll take a Ferrari and turn it into a Volkswagen performance I have been riding since I was 11 years old and I ride a bike for what it is thank you Yamaha

Thanks for the info, brotha. Mine should be here in the afternoon today. I paid $179.00 for mine. Cycle City Outdoors.

Nice review, watched your ride review of the new Tracer 9 GT recently, The bike was up as a prize with Rev Comps when I came across your review, sadly I didn't win it, spookily they have one of these up for grabs, not this actual bike like the Tracer. Keep them coming.

Thanks for the details and I will go for it soon.  By the way, pls let me know the audio set up that you use. Absolute clarity.  And brand of your jacket.  Loved it

Would love one sometime

The biggest improvement is the grown up fuel cap. Who on earth though that a plastic cover that is removed is acceptable?

Great review. I really liked the Rally version from 2023, wish they continued that paintwork and spec.

Nice looking and the colour is good too 👍

Thanks for the video, when do you plan to make full one?

Here in Australia this bike is priced at just over $21,000. You would think for such a price you would get a comfortable seat, sadly its is not  that at all. Also I have seen owners who have had the clutch replaced with under 1000kms (this is 2 bikes). I hope this is not an issue for the new 2025 bikes.

Picked my 2025 Rally up last week and been using my mates 22 T7 for the last 5 months and the biggest thing I noticed was the tank postion. Switchgear is much better there does seem to be more engine braking if you roll off the throttle quickly. I'm 6' 2" so Rally fits nicley.

i have the prior year but the update indicators and kill switch not very fond of. not sire why they made them less aggressive

Ride by wire is just to please emissions rules! Yamaha have done there best to keep it Simple 👍

Wish they had cruise control.
