To all the retail and customer service workers, we all salute you

Anyone who treats retail workers badly is a walking red flag

I’ve got a story, basically one guy in a store we were in had a major crash out and it was over Pokemon cards. He was rolling around in the ground trying to get some of the cards

He was a scalper

Lesson learned: Get out of customer service as soon as possible.

"ThE CUsTomeR is AlwaYS rIGht"
My manager would always say ts completely ignoring the full saying is "the customer is always right in terms of taste" like bro he was annoying af ong

Being the worker and dealing with the worst customers is tough bro

Oh God, don't get me started 😂

Literally uploaded the day before i start my job, the timing is insane

one other one that's worse is that one parents who doesn't care if their kid is just doing whatever they want like causing a scene and stuff

When Burdie uploads it's a good day 🥹✌️

1:29 sometimes the store owes them money like wtf do they work there

I work retail and personally I DENY people  from entering 10 minutes before closing

6:23 my entire job is restock, that and cleaning the building is the only thing I do. So I know absolutely everything we have in stock or not. If I say we don't got it we don't got it

I work at a restaurant that’s a lot like Chipotle but better and on pretty much everything the only things that cost extra are guacamole, second scoops of queso, and extra meat, and other than that you can pile whatever you want on your meal without being charged extra. There are still people who will get extra of those things and still be like “Yall charge for everything”

As a retail worker all I will say is this; if you’re going to try on clothes, please put on some damn deodorant first.

I work at a restaraunt as a Dishwasher, and i cannot stand Guests who come in within 20 minutes of closing, then i'm there and hour and a half after closing, Jesus Christ

0:57 pov my grandma

sometimes there is customers that are just yelling on the phones for something

genuinely was about to go find a video to sleep to and burdie just gotta clutch (I'm from southeast asia, it's night here, I'm not a bum that sleeps all day  :v)

When burdie uploads, the day goes infinitely better
