You mentioned some contributing factors like lack of exercise, eating processed foods, cigarettes, alcohol, etc, that raise your risks. BUT ALWAYS REMEMBER you can still get colon cancer without those factors. My uncle always prided himself on eating healthy, exercise, etc. He was a weightlifting world record holder and a trainer. He, too, discovered he had stage 4 colon cancer but found it too late. He passed away a couple of years ago. IT CAN HAPPEN TO ANYONE.

Just lost my daughter to colon cancer last week. She was only 23 when diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. She fought like hell but eventually the cancer took her from me when she was 28 years old. Such a horrible disease. I’m glad you did this video and hope more young folks seek medical treatment when these symptoms present themselves. Thank you for spreading awareness ❤

My mom ate plenty of veggies, was never a fan of processed meat, and was always moving around. People need to know that cancer can sometimes be genetic! And your decisions about what you eat or how often you exercise don't mean SH*T!

My sister’s best friend’s younger brother died of colon cancer. He was preparing to go to his ten year high school reunion…but he wasn’t feeling well. His mom talked him into going to the ER because he was feeling very ill, and she was worried. Well, the hospital admitted him, inpatient and ran a few tests. Within a short while, the diagnosis came. Stage lV colon cancer. He never returned home from the hospital and died a little over a week later. I think about him all the time.

I also had colon cancer age 20 had all the same symptoms same as you and when I went to the bathroom it was very painful would not wish the pain not even on my worst enemy age 30 now and well thanks to God

I just lost my brother from colon cancer, he was 48. Diagnosed stage 4 at age 46. No symptoms except a bit of fatigue, until he started pooping blood. He was very fit, healthy, didn’t smoke or drink.

I got the results of my colonoscopy today after I flunked a Cologuard test. 15 large polyps were found. I was tense, but I was lucky 🍀no cancer. Whew! Get tested. He's making me repeat it in 6 months. I'll be there.

I cant even listen to this without crying. I had 3 bowel resections in 4 years all 3 times i had emergency surgery due to perforation. Im struggling so bad
