id love to see a drawfee about "Artists draw people from Swampassville"

Jacob: "Name some resources"
Karina "Onions"
Julia "Crocodiles"
David "Cranberries"
Nathan "The movie Dick"

if Jacob hadn't said a rocky desert at the start, we may have been welcomed to a friendly desert community where the sun is hot, the moon is beautiful, and mysterious lights pass overhead while we all pretend to sleep.

Personal headcanon: I like to think Ugly Horse still wanders this swamp. The only survivor.

I like how David, as soon as they were introduced, immediately asserted dominance by speaking the language of gods

"too many people are dying getting onions"
me: ah so surely they should start a farm close to town
David: MECH SUITS

actually so interested in the emotional tension between zagreus and goofy, just imagine, zagreus going into grief when goofy disappears, but when he comes back goofy has changed, he tries to get through to him but things get out of had and he ends up dying. when he returns, he no longer recognizes the world goofy has brought him back to, and goofy feels all guilty about the whole thing, they try to make it work but then the tension rises, and it ends tragically, with the end of everything they once loved, including each other.  there must be so many zines about this

“Nebulous Mickey and Abstract Donald” sounds like the title of a high concept prog-rock band whose writer is obsessed with Disney.

"A discussion never results in a decision being made."
This game may be too realistic for me.

The gang 30 minutes in: Crocodiles, lol!
The gang an hour in: H O L E

Only on Drawfee could Goofy become the Scarlet Witch while Boy Genius Sasuke makes an Anti-Croc Mech that become the center of a religion.

Gotta love how the boat people just kinda vibe the whole time while the nearby civilization roils with chaos

My favourite episode of Naruto is the one where Sasuke dons a mech suit to go harvest onions in wild croc territory

I feel like the Frost Shepherds were actually the purple light whose calming glow caused everyone to let their guard down just enough to let the tensions finally boil over.

EAST COMMUNITY GIRL
SHE'S BEEN LIVING IN HER EAST COMMUNITY WORLD
I BET SHE'S NEVER HAD A WEST COMMUNITY GUY

Gamin' starts at 3:50! Also, David's here!!!

1:08:20 : "an unattended situation becomes problematic and scary"
My brain went "IT. learns to ride the bad horse"

Imagine being the frost shepherds and you got beaten in a war by a bunch of hillbillies that you left in a swamp, so you take a year to gather your resources, regroup and eventually go back to finally defeat your enemies.
Only to find out the hillbillies now have:
-Mech suits
-Gun ships
-Domesticated crocodiles
-An army of gladiators
-An army of Its
-An army of the undead
-A hideous steed of war
-Unlimited access to magic
-A child genius that makes super weapons.
-A literal god
-And the god’s husband whose also a demigod
Imagine THE FEAR, that’s the scene in infinity war times a million.
Idc what Jacob says, they do not stand a chance.

"You're a garnish" is the best insult/compliment

I've watched two games of The Quiet Year and somehow both have involved giant mysterious holes and people disappearing down them. It's not much but it's weird it happened twice
