I don't know why people are always outraged when someone pronounces Agnetha or Björn wrong. Names are spoken different in every country and e. g. the name Agnetha also exists in Germany and here it is pronounced completely different than in Sweden. Also e. g. names like Michael, Thomas or Julia are pronounced different in German than in English. So why always this discussion?

I'm Canadian, but half English. My grandmother was from Birmingham and you sound a bit like she did. You're from the midlands, maybe near Birmingham?
