Colon cancer remains one of the most common cancer diagnoses in the world. Many believe that colorectal cancer, and cancer in general, is the result of obvious bad habits: smoking, alcohol, or constant fast food consumption. But is this really true?
I conducted my own survey of 135 people diagnosed with colon cancer to create a realistic picture of their daily diet. The results show that the disease often develops not as a result of bad habits, but due to systematic errors in everyday nutrition.
In this video, you will learn:
Why does not smoking and eating fast food guarantee protection against cancer?
What popular foods are completely absent from the diets of 93% of cancer patients, even though they protect the mucous membranes from mutations?
How ultra-processed meat, hidden sugars even in "harmless" home-cooked meals, and frying in vegetable oil create the perfect environment for tumor cell division.
Why is colon cancer rapidly "getting younger" and affecting people under 45?
Why you should review your diet and what exactly you need to do to reduce your cancer risk.
Watch the video to the end to check your daily diet and avoid fatal nutritional mistakes!

Colorectal Cancer and Diet: What Did People Diagnosed with Colorectal Cancer Really Eat? I decided to conduct my own survey among patients diagnosed with colorectal cancer. I received 135 responses. This isn't a scientific study, and its results can't be used to prove the causes of cancer, but some patterns were truly intriguing. In this video, we'll explore five key findings from the survey: how often participants ate legumes and vegetables, what side dishes they chose, what they had for breakfast, and how often they consumed processed meats, sugary drinks, and desserts. We'll also discuss fiber, legumes, fresh vegetables, and processed meats, as well as why a person's diet shouldn't be judged solely by the absence of smoking, alcohol, or fast food. Important: This survey is not a full-fledged scientific study. The presence of a particular dietary habit among participants doesn't necessarily mean it caused their disease. The risk of colorectal cancer depends on many factors, including age, heredity, lifestyle, and other circumstances.
