Why was that kilt maker so hesitant with every question?  I guess either she didn’t know what the word apparel meant or she was just nervous.

Good job - Bennett guessed a kilt.

You have to be so talented to do that..

A hippopotamus is MUCH larger than a cow.

The average hippopotamus weighs between three and 4000 pounds. The average cow weighs between 1200 and 1500 pounds.

Those navy guys were all standup guys and quite clearly, patriots - a far cry from what we have today.

It is 2025 and I looked up the X1 sub and it was decommissioned because the fuel was too volatile.  I did not watch the rest of the show.

A hippopotamus isn’t larger than a cow??

From Fred Allen:  "Do you think aggressiveness is out of place in a midget?" ~ What?! Yeah, okay, I get it; this "is" the 1950s, but this comment is neither a pleasant one to hear, nor is it said in a "usual" or even "clear" context--appropriate or not. I just don't think Fred Allen is always that funny. Actually, Arlene Francis and, and certainly Victor Borge, are much funnier than Fred Allen, in my opinion.

The first segment was painful beyond belief. She was as dense as yoghurt and possessed the intelligence of a plant pot.

And Bennett Cerf? He may be considered a humorist on some level, but I find him rude, impatient and generally annoying. Just because you're an "intellect" (on some other level), and have been involved in the founding of a major book publishing firm, this doesn't excuse you from maintaining/engaging in appropriate public behaviors and attitudes! And they don't guarantee that you are anywhere near a perfect--or even refined--person.

Downloading ads in an over 70-year show is absurd. Ads were just as annoying then as they are nowadays, the fact that there were fewer of them in the programs doesn't make them less annoying. So, no, I will not be using BUZZ to watch the shows.

The 70's version ain't got nothing on this version where you can actually learn something, the other one was...... Fun to look at plus Arlene ❤ but you can't learn anything if anything very little

The Moderator gave it again, yeah off the Ground. Did not think sub folk for reason.... 1 long ad... single one?  Strange they dont hear well, not far. Me Too perceive those larger than normal cows.
