This guy is batman of scrabble .. you give him prep time to memorize your language and you're done 😂

19:08 Stockfish isn't real. Stockfish is simply a chatbot that sends the board state to Nigel, he takes a glance at it, and answers the correct move.

"I know every single word in the french language"
"Oh cool you speak french?"
"Nope not a word"
"...what?"
"I also know all the spanish words"

Imagine you’ve made it all the way to the top you’re really proud of yourself, you’re ready to beat the final challenge and you sit down and all of a sudden you realize you’re cooked because you see Nigel😳

12:30 When you see someone rocking that hairstyle, you know that it is Him. His brain is so large and expansive that he is thinking 40 years in the future, when his hairstyle will be the bomb and he will aura farm when people make videos about him.

You guys should know about the famous HIARNETS blunder. During a game, Nigel accidentally misspelled the word "hairnets" as "hiarnets" and his opponent didn't even challenge/didn't notice the error and the misspelled word stayed on the board. He's just that goated.

mind you in chess there is no luck involved in chess, the game is purely and completely logical.
the only reason his winrate isn't just 100% is because scrabble can be a very luck-dependent game.
if you beat him 9.9999/10 you just got lucky

Damn, not me having to do a double take on the thumbnail cause I thought it deadass said "8x WWC. Unbeatable" which, facts but also, wild

Blank tile is not multiple letters at once, you have to pick one when playing it

17:09 To pernoctate is to spend the night somewhere. To me this is not a very strange word. In fact, out of many of the suggestions, it feels like the most commonly used. But maybe is because in Spanish we use it more? I don't know.
I have no idea about the meaning of the many of the worlds in that table, so pernoctated being marked as a special word feels strange to me.

It is true that scrabble AI is less advanced than chess AI because less money has been thrown at it, but even so, nobody else is better than the AI lol
