Chris and Peter are in a jazz band together, this trio's skill set has no limits - they are going to take us on one wild journey.

It's got a Deftones vibe and I'm all for it!

Great review. I am 63, a drummer from days gone bye, and have never been more instantly connected to a new song and band as I am today. Their sound is clean, balanced, vocals smooth, and the transitions throughout the song are riveting. Now waiting with great expectations for the next The Cost masterpiece.

Spot on. I didnt want to hear a drummer going nuts like we all know he can, and then just a guitarist and base player playing along for the ride and it all being about him. I wanted to hear proper music and a style and a sound. I think they nailed it. I absolutely love this song

By far this is the best review for The Costs first release. I liked how you gave us background on the members and your critique was positive and encouraging.

Great point saying, "I'm excited to see where they go!" I agree. This was a smart and solid pick for a first song. Lets see their progression over six months!

In the pocket, crisp, and fat drums. Playing what is required for the song. That's what a true musician does.

I liked it a bunch, it reminds me a bit of Deftones, but more melodic, there is a ton of bad music out there so this is a breath of fresh air!

I Love your reactions to El Estepario.. You are my favorite person to watch reactions from him.. You go into depth and focus on what’s important.. His new song has a great sound and vibe. I can’t wait for you to do the next song.. Keep up the amazing analysis..

Of all the people reacting to EES, you are my favourite by far. Greetings from Barcelona, Spain. Keep up the good work!

DUDE!! I think you hit it on the head... we are at ground zero of what could be history in the making. I feel that "Rock", in the raw, gritty, 90s/2000s era, has been in a deep coma for a long time. And "The Cost" may have very well rewakened it.
You and I share many of the thoughts on ESS, dude's fkn a Master. What he's going to bring to the table is going to be real and by the sound of it, fire. I thought about making a reaction of your reaction because you were pulling the words out of my head and wanted to add to you comments. LOL. Anyway... great video... thanks for your time.

I was surprised about how much I liked this, there is vibes of other bands, I look forward to a lot more of them. I loved their musicality they played well together no one stood out, which is what a band is. I hope he still does his drum covers of other bands, but sticks to "normal drumming" with his band.

I’m looking again and see you have your special “El Estepario Siberiano” hoody on.

Idk what people expected, but Imo this sounds like late 90s early 2000s Metal/Hard rock bands, and I really missed that sound! I'm stoked about this project.

Me encantan tus reacciones del Estepario Siberiano. Un saludo desde Madrid 🤗

I like it. It seems to me to be a collage of groove metal, prog metal and a bit post grunge in there, as well. Struck me right away as a bit Nirvana reminiscent with the hard entry and then tone down with the single string plucking and vocals. Interested to hear more!
