Is it still worth studying for the Regional Labor Courts (TRTs)?
This is a question I started asking myself after studying, taking exams, and passing two Regional Labor Court exams in 2025.
In this video, I share my perspective on the current situation of the Labor Courts and, especially, on how I believe candidates should deal with periods of low appointments.
The Labor Courts have gone through different phases over the years: periods with few opportunities and others with many appointments. Therefore, I believe it doesn't make sense to place all your expectations on a single exam.
For those starting out, taking a TRT exam can still be an excellent opportunity to study, take the test, achieve a passing grade, and get your name on the list. But after that, it's important to move on with your life, take other exams, and seek new opportunities.
In my case, that's exactly what I'm doing. I have my name on several lists, but I don't want to depend on a single appointment. I continue studying and focusing my preparation on other courts and competitive exams.
The idea is not to abandon the Regional Labor Courts (TRTs), but also not to depend on them.
If you are studying for competitive exams and are thinking about taking a TRT exam, I hope this video can help you see this decision in a more realistic way.
