I love people's reaction to the  "he hit me and it felt like a kiss" ...

Pretty When You Cry was just her and her guitar player, she freestyled it in the studio with him.

Ultraviolence is my favorite album, but if I listen it without being careful I just go to a really dark place haha.

LMFAOO THE “she’s happy??”

Old money takes me to weird places emotionally.

1:21 - cruel world
6:13 - ultraviolence
12:42 - shades of cool
15:25 - brooklyn baby
18:24 - west coast
20:25 - sad girl
23:43 - pretty when you cry
26:36 - money power glory
28:40 - f*cked my way to the top
30:38 - old money
32:53 - the other woman
35:09 - black beauty
36:56 - guns and roses
39:05 - florida kilos

People that say Florida Kilos doesn't fit the album, I believe it's probably because it invites you to the next album. The last song is tropical and takes setting in florida, she's literally telling us to follow her down to florida. Then the next album is honeymoon which takes place in the tropics. It's not closure, its an invitation to continuing the story on the next album :)

Ngl whenever I listen to blue jeans this guy’s image is very close to what I picture in my mind.

Ultraviolence just displays how the abuser makes the other person feel like they're the one that's the problem. She shows her dependence and how vulnerable she is. He is saying he calls her deadly nigh-shade and poison ivy to make her feel like she's the difficult one. She doesn't see that and loves him despite all that cause thats what manipulation is capable of :(  she is by no means saying abuse is ok, she is portraying the perspective of someone who is stuck in one

A THE END HE SAID I’LL CATCH YOU ON THE FLIPSIDEEE. OMG IMMA LOSE MY MIND. BRO U DEF SHOULD’VE REACTED TO FLIPSIDE

it took me 5 years to get into Guns and Roses, don't worry lmao. love it now

"F * cked my way up to the top" he sings to Lorde after Lorde said that Lana's music is a bad influence on the youth. Lana never responded directly to her so they say that this song is her answer (sorry for my English

"I siiiiing" "DO THAT AGAIN"

I love watching people’s reaction to shades of cool chorus kicking in. Priceless. This song is pure art and a blessing for the ears 😭

please, react to Paradise (second album of lana, actually is a EP, but the fans considering an album)

The reaction to florida kilos is so real

A really good reaction. I liked that you talked about the way domestic violence and abusive relationships portrayed in Ultraviolence because it hits close to home for me too, thanks for being mature and understanding about it.

He hit me and it felt like a kiss is just a reference to a song by the Crystals, as a Lana fan from like ages now, read between the lines. Her writing and narrative are fantastic! Please read or react to Violet bent backwards over the grass! You'll love it. Nothing is always too literal with her. Loved your reaction to Ultraviolance it was so human and natural!

you are missing Is This Happiness and Flipside from this album

listen to born to die the paradise edition
