Hello there, Fat Cockney here again!
Today I’m up in Birmingham for one of those cracking military / militaria fairs they hold at the Motorcycle Museum every few months. Come along and join me as I wander the stalls looking at deactivated guns, antique firearms, Japanese swords, bayonets, medals, and all sorts of other military collectables.
We check out a German MP40, various pistols and shotguns (including some lovely Damascus-barrelled pieces), a Winchester, broomhandle Mauser, Luger, obsolete-calibre antiques, Japanese swords and daggers, bayonets, and more. Chat with the dealers, hear a few stories behind the pieces, and get the prices on a good selection of items – all deactivated so they’re legal for collectors and reenactors.
