love you dude lmao

casual unemployed person vs competitive unemployed person

asian andy - "IM NOT STUCK IN HERE WITH YOU, YOU"RE STUCK IN HERE WITH ME!!!!!"

Dude trolls can have a legit job off this lol. Offer owners that have squatters to troll the shit out of them.

I'm stunned. We've stumbled on a legitimate use for the trolling skillset irl where people could actually get paid.

Bro, Asian Andy should literally just do this for other people for free. It’s a perpetual content factory

Why tf would he not press charges when she slammed his foot?! 😂😂

squatters rights should only apply to legally abandoned buildings not a home that someone is actively paying for

I live in California, in an area she once frequented. She came into my store to do returns on items that she stole. I refused the return, but she made a huge deal about it and then spent a long time in the store. I'm pretty sure she stole more stuff.

I like the dude who gets added to the lease at the house that is being squatted in and moves in legally with lots of guns and then calls the police because the squatters are all felons and arent allowed to live in proximity to firearms. Absolutely perfect.

I'm glad Mary calls the police so much. The legal system has made this a problem. It should become a problem to the legal system so it can get fixed.

One of my dad's friends has a clause put into all of the homes he rents out saying he's allowed to access the home at any time for maintenance. He had people stop paying him, ignore his eviction notice and claim squatters rights. So he slept all day and went over around midnight to do some "maintenance". He banged on pipes in the basement with a wrench for 11 hours straight. Three days in a row. They moved on the fourth.

Yeah this whole thing is crazy, a couple things. 1.) it’s not the Vince’s house, he rents out a room, some of the other rooms are used as air bnb, Maria was an air bnb guest who never left. 2.) he did press charges for her slamming his foot in the door but it was a misdemeanor and the cops said they werent gonna arrest her, it was just a court date probably for the medical bills. 3.) they offered her $1000 before ever going this far and she refused, she had like a 20 year history of squatting, much deserved tbh. Wubby doing good work spreading this cause Andy literally said his goal was to make her as popular as possible  so she cant get away with squatting like this again like she has for the last 20+ years. Also fuck cali for even allowing squatters to do this shit

L move for Vince not pressing charges.  Like... If it's THAT big of a deal and the cops ask you if you want to press charges, the answer should ALWAYS be YES.  Saying no to that is the same as saying, "It's okay, all is forgiven."

the most heinous thing about "squatters rights" is that legally, as the homeowner, you're not allowed to suspend utilities services while the squatter is in your home; water, electricity, etc.---it ALL has to stay active.

the reason why shes keeping the door open is cause she cant tolerate the smell of the boof, while andy is trying to smoke her out lol

When an unstoppable force meets an immovable object...

The fact he didn't show the part where SJC puts a garden hose under her door and tries to flood her out like a rat, while Andy is panick calling him to stop is a travesty...

It’s really hard to be sympathetic for somebody who runs an Airbnb house, but I’m glad it got resolved hilariously

The guy at the end is another Ice Poseidon side character named SJC aka Scuffed Jim Carrey. When Asian Andy couldn't get her to leave on his own he called in old pal SJC who is known for being a wild card and he drove her crazy and out of the house in less than 24 hours. That ending was just a tiny part of his act. You definitely need to see the rest with him it got hilariously crazy 😂😂
