What is your favorite Al Wilson game/moment?

This video needs to be shown to every LB recruit from here on out.

“6’ tall 240 lbs. of pure want to” I Love It

Been watching the Vols since 1985 and Al is my favorite of all time. No way we win the Natty without him. You could argue he was on track to be an NFL Hall of Famer before that damn neck injury. Thanks for the video.

We need Al Wilson to come back home to Knoxville and give a speech before every playoff game this year!

What a great tribute to the finest VFL! In 1994 I was a freshman playing football at Jackson Central Merry High School, Al’s senior season. His love for football, his tenacity on the field, his joy in demolishing the competition, and his leadership on and off the field was an incredible thing to witness and be a part of. Every time we walked out on a field everyone knew this cat was different! My family attended several games over his career at UT and he always had time to say hello to us and other fans afterward as he left the stadium. In 2021 I took my kids to their first UT game in Knoxville (the Vols destroyed South Carolina!) to see Al honored for his CFB Hall of Fame induction. I even wore my old JCM football jersey to the game to honor where he came from. Got to see him at the Vol Walk and during pregame. I love the photos of my kids with the greatest Tennessee Volunteer of all time! Thank you Al, and Go Cougars!

I miss this guy so much as a Denver Broncos fan he was unbelievable 💔

Ironically,  I grew up with Al. His freshman year, at JCM, we used to have him crying in the huddle. We used to always talk about making the pros. The crazy thing about us growing up together their were guys better than him. He just took a better path than we did. R.i.P Claudette

I dont know how anybody could watch this and not get chills. To me, he is my favorite player of all time at tennessee. Love that guy.

Also one of the greatest Broncos’ linebackers despite such an unfortunately short time with us!

This guy was the spiritual leader of the defense. Heart, passion, soul, respect, and love being exhibited by this one man, rubbed off on that entire side of the ball. When your playing for one another and you have a mission and you feel like you HAVE to prove to yourself....these hungry defenses do really well!

I was 9 when we won the natty and remember watching Al like it was yesterday. He along with Peyton were childhood hero’s for 90s kids in Tennessee.

This channels videos are top notch. Everyone I share them with say the same thing. Thank you and keep up the awesome work.

What true volunteer, 1998 awesome enjoyed watching him gave it all for Tennessee

I wasn't born until 2001 but my dad made it known how great Al Wilson and Leonard Little were. They were DAWGS, I used to watch their highlights before every one of my football games. They don't make em like that anymore and they don't let you play the game like they did. Al was a dangerous man.

Al injured,on the side line, coaching up the whole team! That is what I’ll always remember! Not only a beast on the field,a beast on the sideline🙌🙌

My favorite football player of all time.

The greatest linebacker ever at u t.thabj you all we love you brother.

Al Wilson was a true beast.

Al is a good man and a great friend
