You didn't step on a land mine - you cleared the area
You didn't get shot - you wasted enemy ammunition
You didn't die - you've become the terrain

Archmagos Griel explaining his genetic modifications of cavalry mounts as "I just like horses" is a surprisingly wholesome moment.

“Generations lost, I weep when I think of what the could’ve built” is a real tragic part of that tragic speech when you think about Kriegs current condition.

Imperium 'Fast Response Force' arrived a mere half a millenium later, thanks to the talent and dedication of the adeptus administratum, cheers to the real heroes of this story.

"There are no civilians on Krieg, only soldiers".

Man that was an epic finale.

Granting the ability to leave for 3 days is wildly more reasonable than anything I’ve ever heard in 40k

44:22 There are no civilians on Krieg, only soldiers. Chills! Absolutely stellar script writing and great performance by the narrator!

I truly believe that Krieg might be one of the most strategic planets in the Imperium, citing certain 40k content creater "Krieg does not produce soldiers, it procudes armies"

@GhianMaynardSerra 1 year ago

"There will be no civil war if there are no civils."
- Death corps doctrine, probably

"There are no civilians on Krieg, only soldiers." has to be one of the hardest lines I've ever heard.

this channel deserves more attention and praise than what it's getting now. I've binge watched this and siege of vraks and being completely out of any Warhammer40k lore, it got me hooked.

20:28 if you look closely, you'll say 'hey that's not Sabella Jurten, that's Lt. Mira of the 203rd Cadian Shock Troops who fought in defense of the Forge World of Graia'

40:15 had me rolling, imagine your loyalists enemy being so insane that even the heretics were cussing “By the Emperor, what the fuck” before getting melted into mush by the concentrated radioactive acid rain.

“There are no civilians on Krieg, only soldiers” Jesus Christ that line hits TO HARD

@mackarther9140 1 year ago (edited)

Civil war started
Imperium: "Hang in there, help is on the way."

500 years later
Imperium: "What Happened to the Krieg's Civilians?"
Kreig soldier: 44:35

"Did you think that was just a pretty name? We never retreat. We fight and we die, that's the Krieg way." ' -Lieutenant Konarski, 933rd Death Korp of Krieg. Thank you for this beautiful presentation, Death Korps of Krieg are my favorite. The artwork, style, pace freaking everything was stunning and had my full attention!
