It’s hard to believe, but on 1st June 2027, The Buzzin Lounge officially turns THREE! We are incredibly grateful for the support, the laughs, and the memories over the last three years.
Naturally, we can’t let this milestone pass without a massive celebration! Please join us for our Official Anniversary Party on Sunday, 6th June 2027. There will be food, great drink specials, excellent music, and fantastic company. Whether you’ve been with us since day one or are yet to visit, come down and celebrate with the entire Buzzin family!
In this special reflective video, I peel back the curtain and give you an honest look at what it has actually been like to own and operate a bar in the heart of Pattaya for the last three years. It hasn’t all been parties and pina coladas—there have been massive challenges along with incredible rewards.
Here is what I’m covering in today's reflection:
🌳 Tree Town - The Start of Buzzin: Looking back at our humble beginnings in the bustling area of Tree Town. Why I chose that spot and what the initial vision was for the Buzzin brand.
🚚 Time to Move - Chiyapoon, Here We Come: The reasoning behind the big move. Moving house is tough; moving an active bar to Soi Chiyapoon was a whole different challenge, but the right decision for our growth.
🍺 Introducing Beer to Buzzin!: A major turning point in our journey. I discuss how introducing Beer changed the dynamic of the lounge and what it took to manage the logistical side of things.
👨💼 It’s Time for Michael to Join Buzzin: The team is everything. I talk about when Michael joined the ranks, how his role has evolved, and the impact he has had on making the Lounge what it is today.
🤔 What’s It All About?: My personal philosophy behind running the lounge. It’s not just about selling drinks; it’s about community, atmosphere, and creating a 'home away from home' in Pattaya.
🛑 The Downside of the Bar Scene: I don’t sugarcoat it. Here are the realities, regulations, competitors, and tough moments that tourists rarely see.
📈 What Were the HIGHS?: Celebrating our biggest wins—from packed event nights to lifelong friendships made right at the bar.
📉 What Were the LOWS?: Being open and vulnerable about the hardest parts of the last three years, including
🔮 What Is Ahead for This Year?: Our plans for the remainder of 2027 to keep improving the Lounge for you.
🗺️ Where Will Buzzin Be Next Year?: Looking forward to 2028. Are we expanding? Changing? Here is my vision for the immediate future.
🧓 2027 - Will I EVER Retire?: The big question! After three years in Pattaya nightlife, am I ready to hang up the keys, or is the Buzzin journey just getting started?
Thank you to every single person who has watched a video, commented, or walked through our doors in the last three years. Come and celebrate with us on the 6th June!
