Thanks for sharing! I tried this today before my session. I really liked being able to assess the health/fatigue of my fingers one by one with the light weight. Felt more reliable and less finicky than trying to take weight off on a hangboard, or adding weight to the pin as the warm up progresses. Definitely going to stick with this for a little while.

Great warm up! Curious, do you ever do a post climbing session cool down? Since listening to Keith’s and Natalie’s episode I’ve been doing the 30 second hangs with the 25 lb plate. It’s usually hours later. I’ve got a few tweaky fingers and I think it’s helping.

Can you put this and the workout on crimpd?

This looks like a nice warm up, do you think this could work in a similar way to Emil Abrahamsson's no-hang hangboard routine, as a quick way to get some finger training more often than you can do full-intensity hangboarding?
