I'm not going to lie dude. I don't know how in the hell YT didn't show me your channel and I found it by accident. The value you give for free is amazing. Just your free material on your website alone is more than worth it.

Scoutly includes a button for bookscouter, it's located to the left of the restricted (R) button. So after you have scanned a book you just click that button and it shows you the results you were talking.

I use buy back sites all day long.  I gladly accept a $3.00 pay out today vs a $5.00 pay out in a couple of months.

I take the cash and reinvest in new inventory.

The key that I've seen is that you want to focus on books that are no more than a few years old. 3 to 5 maybe. And then you want the book to be by either a bestselling author or for the book to be a best seller itself. This gives you the best chance of getting "offered". They don't offer you on books that are much older than 5 years usually unless they are classic titles or by very well known authors. One more tip. Non fiction is generally the way to go based on what I've seen. Textbooks can also be tricky if they are more than a few years old.

been on a week-long FBA Mastery rabbit-hole and find your channel to be the the most informative, helpful, and f'ing hilarious reselling channel on YT, so thank you for that. quick question: in general, do you think one is better off going with bookscouter to unload surplus inventory or (what I've been thinking of trying out) to create thematic batches (e.g., "10 Baseball Books") and sell them on eBay?

This is a very good channel in my opinion. Just sayin'
