I love this idea! I also love the crinkly used pages!

I LOVE how you've been experimenting in your weeks and those star stickers are so satisfying to see! I think I have a tendency to overcomplicate the monthly spreads, but find they're most impactful when they're kept simple.

Thank you for the kind shout out as well. I'm thrilled to hear that meal planning in this way has had a positive impact on you, and I love how you've adapted it for your family and own needs. I can't wait to see how it continues to evolve at your next update!

Meal planning is HUGE for us. One tip I have is to build in 'easy' days so I plan to make something large once a week like a lasagna and then I can also plan a leftover day. Or a FFY (Fend For Yourself) day for when we have lots of things in the fridge that can get used up. I keep a collection of our favourite meal ideas in the back of my planner so, our 10 favourite chicken meals, beef meals, veggie meals etc. so on days when I don't have a lot of brain power I can refer to the list. Another thing I do is take note of when we go off plan and why. It helps me to see if maybe there's something we can do better with like keeping our pantry better stocked up etc. And lastly, we keep a magnetized grocery list on the fridge so that when anyone uses up something it gets written on the list immediately. If you search for an "All Out Of" grocery list you should be able to find them. They're pre-printed with common items so you just have to check the box and your list is half made by grocery shopping day. Can't live without it! I love how you've put it all in a weeks, makes me tempted to do the same!

I stopped designating meals to a particular day. I now just have a plan or list of meals for the week depending on what I have at home.

I'm using a mega-weeks size notebook for my "home" planner too, and I agree, it's a game changer! I use it for meal planning, social events, chore tracking, and next year I'll use it to budget and track spending too. I keep my recipes in a separate notebook though, so I can use it year after year.

Thank you!

영상에서 갑자기 한국어가 나오니까 너무 반가웠어요ㅎㅎ 저도 닭도리탕이 먹고싶어 졌어요. 유익한 영상 잘 보고 갑니다^^😊❤

hello! can i ask where your ink vial + pen holder is from? i love how it’s very simple but useful! whenever i look online for ink/pen holders it’s usually only for full size ink bottles rather than the vials which i think would be more useful!

also btw the different meal prep spreads look very satisfying on the pages! while i’m not one to plan meals like this i lowkey think i should look into it bc it would probably be super helpful for me since i do struggle with knowing what to cook😅
