0 - 3 and thousands of people singing ''You'll never walk alone''. That is what sport is all about. That's the extra-motivation they needed to make this happen.

It isn't just how Liverpool won, its who they beat. That Milan line up is incredible.

5:08 Ancelotti used to celebrate goals but he stopped after the night at Istanbul

2:29 Xabi Alonso: “Maybe Milan is favourite, but in one game everything could happen”. Yeah, like a comeback from a 0-3... The most epic final

When Traore cleared the ball of the line, when Dudek made that impossible double save, when the unlikely players like Pirlo and Shevchenko misses their penalty, you know that the football Gods already picked their winner even before the kick off. This is truly a miracle.

The true meaning of "You Will Never Walk Alone" and being led by a captain who was a club fan before he became a player. True passion running in the veins.

I remember my dad waking me up in tears of joy, "WE DID IT BOY, WE F*CKING DID IT!"
He was a proud Red, as am I.

That Milan lineup is one of the most stacked lineups to ever play in a Champions League Final.
Liverpool pulled off a big one on this day. I remember being in the hospital as my sister was being born right as this game was wrapping up.

What stands out to me is 6:36. Gerrard had the toughest defensive gig of the night outside of Dudek, Liverpool still has a two goal deficit, and the energy is phenomenal. Gerrard knew how to lift his teammates as much as the Kop.

It's not just how Liverpool won, it's WHO they beat. Maldini, Nesta, Pirlo, Kaka, Cafu, Shevchenko, Crespo, Inzaghi, Rui Costa, Dida, Stam, Costacurta, Seedorf, Gattuso, Ambrosini, Serginho, etc.

A lot of people won’t realise that Liverpool during that time were no were near close to a top team like Manchester United, AC Milan, etc. How they won UCL is really a mystery. A true David vs Goliath moment.

Steven Gerrard is a fucking legend .

Jealous rivals gives him stick for the slip, but actually he gave Liverpool 3 trophies single handedly including that fa cup. And a total 10-11 trophies.
