Hi Tina!! I don’t usually comment 😂 but I want to give you a few tips for achieving the perfect doughnut, the reason the doughnuts turned out that way was because you didn’t really knead it to and to get the perfect bomboloni you have to knead for atleast 25 to 30 minutes by hand to make it fluffy

It went from organized to kitchen chaos so quickly 😂

I’m no expert by any means but for the donuts the only thing I can think of is oil is too hot or the dough needed to be kneaded longer but they still look delicious 😊

12:38 for the honey jar, use a spoon and crack the edge of the lid a little so the air underneath it comes out and it will open way easier.

The dough for bomboloni needs to grow a lot and one hour is not enough. A tip that my mom gave to me was to always double the time of growth for dough

@kimberlyrongmei6653 1 year ago

About your donut, you needed to knead the dough a little longer😅

When cutting something like the brownies, first run theknife under superhot water then QUICKLY dry it and slice....but NEVER PULL THE KNIFE UP,SLIDE IT BACK. Then wipe the knife off, run it under the super hot water again, dry quick and repeat. It takes an extra minute of your time but thats the best way to get super clean cuts on desserts like that❤

the best part about the donuts are when they are overflowing with the filling!

my dad raised me to never need a man so I'd only ever have to be around men I wanted to, part of that is never struggling to open a jar. all you need to do is grab a spoon put it under one of the groove/dents on the side of the lid and use leverage to pop the seal of the lid and then it opens easily. (The back of the spoon is touching the jar and the tip of it is wriggled under the lid then you push down on the spoon handle)
