Today's BJJ technique video will address a common mistake that White Belts make in Jiu-Jitsu.

In particular, it's a mistake they make when attempting to transition from Side Control to the Mount.

I've seen this a ton at my Chewjitsu Open competitions and other competitions, So if you notice that you struggle with losing position when you move from Side Control to Mount then hopefully the tips in this video will help you correct the situation.  

It's only one, tiny adjustment, but sometimes that's all you need to improve in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
