hello everyone wanted to say thank you all so much for watching the video. If you could please do me a huge favor and share this video around. Leave a like comment in all of that fun stuff. It would mean the world and help the algorithm pushed the video out. Thank you. ❤

Please don't ignore the books you find throughout the game, there is a lot I mean A LOT of world building in the books that most playthroughs I've reacted ignored.

bro didn't even start playing and he already analyzed to perfection the plot of the game

an actual thought I just had: “I forgot where this takes place in, I wonder if it’s in Canada… wait” 🤦‍♀️💀

I also have to mention that I am having a ton of fun with Detroit become human and can’t wait for you all to see the other parts soon to come ❤

Love how he raises basically every question and theme that is considered in the game, before he's even started playing :D

The Androids can have a little hotdog- as a treat.

"YAAAAY EMPATHY ...... NOOOOOOOOO"
😂

You did so extremely well in that first segment, I can already tell this playthrough is gonna be so good :Dc

Damn, this game was MADE for this channel. Absolute therapy.

"The emotions your feeling are just errors in your software" is certainly a useful oneliner 🤣

This is my first encounter with your channel, and what an introduction! I can’t wait for more, this game has so much potential to discuss

34:12 I don't see "You can't kill me. I'm not alive" as "I relate to you, I'm just like you", I think it's the opposite: "I don't have a fear of death in me. You do. We androids don't fear death. You're the weird one. There's something wrong with you. You aren't acting like an android. You're not like us."

I’m not done with this but the fact you saved the police officer makes me know this is gonna be a good run, so excited!!

I absolutely love how you analyze everything and break it all down, especially how you make choices based on your own conclusions. Detroit is definitely the kind of game where watching YOU play it is just incredibly interesting and engaging
Thanks, Ed!!💜

Your real life experience must have trained you to look out for details in such situations. Most playthroughs I’ve seen completely miss the fish in the beginning, the injured officer on the side, and even some of the clues around the home. Very impressed! You didn’t know they were gonna shoot him but fantastic job talking him down.

I feel like Ed is assuming a lot of things.

'Course, I completely agree, is a dystopian that humans known for empathizing with almost anything with minimum human features is actively mistreating or being apathetic with androids, but I think Ed assumes 1) All of these androids have feelings and 2) All of these humans know and acknowledge these androids have feelings.

This stops us from understanding the humans in this story, because from their perspective, it's as if hammers began to gain consciousness and ask for rights. Androids are objectively tools, and SOME of them are starting to show the potential of gaining human level consciousness. It's more nuanced than "Oh, why is there a special section for Androids in the bus? Why do they segregate these conscious beings??", it's closer to "Humans are making specialized areas to transport tools, although they don't know some of these tools are gaining consciousness and are feeling discriminated."

Dude, the noise off of one of those data centers is enough to drive anyone insane.

DETROIT: BECOME HOTDOG

OMG YOUR PLAYING DETROIT?? YES!!!!!
(So excited for the end game analysis of Connor)
