It’s so funny how The Narrator is simply the Least Persuasive Man in fiction. He can’t open his mouth without making enemies.

If I had a nickel for every time I watched in delight as a therapist/psychologist ventured into the horrors of this game, I'd have two nickels. Which isn't a lot, but it's weird it happened twice.

>literally first line of the game
>immediately questions the Narrator

Skeptic is strong on this one

I really hope you'll get all routes, there's SO MUCH to analyze about every one of them and relationships between our guy and Princess

First a therapist plays this game, now a psychologist! Didn't watch the video yet but very intrested to see the different perspectives lol

The tragedy of getting Damsel first and losing her to the entity 😭💔
"She asks that you remember her. You won't." hits so hard on first play 😭😭😭

I see the thumbnail and can already hear "If evil, why hot?" 😂

Hope you enjoy our first playthrough of Slay The Princess <3 I can't wait to do the other runs as well!

Aw man, he was so close to my favorite ending in the game. There would’ve been so much to analyze if he decided to stay in the cabin with the princess

Oh hell yeah, I recommended this 1 year ago, so happy you are getting to play this.

1:04:44 On how dark this game gets, they actually include a list of content warnings. I’m not sure exactly where to access it, either the boot up screen or on the store page. In short, very, mainly gore, body horror, self harm, lots of mental stuff, etc. in that genre. It can be a lot at times but this game is absolutely amazing and I’d love to see you try to get as many endings as possible. The game does include a gallery that gives hints for content you haven’t seen yet once you’re a bit further in as well. Love your videos!!

"education, bad. Drugs good!" baaaased lmao

absolutely DYING that you were like ‘who does this narrator think he is >:(‘ before the options to question him even appeared. I’m seated, I’m sat, I’m watching this for however long you’re willing to play it lol

Please keep going, this game is so good and goes so deep into everything. You have barely scratched the surface.

Wow, I can totally use this in Facebook arguments now. Psychologists say that "Education bad, drugs good"!

Clocked and rocked the Narrator in under 5 minutes. Ed deconstructed him handily.

psychologist falls for the easiest social manipulation in the book, while laughing about how hard he is falling for it.

"How dark does this game get?" wellllll there's a laundry list of trigger warnings on the devs website (they have a link to it when you boot up the game) with, among others "gore". Won't say any other out of that list, but there's..... a lot of fucked up shit

To answer you question at 1:04:44: I can confidently say that it gets darker than anything you'll prepare for. But it is a masterpiece.

I’m so excited for this. I look for blind playthroughs becuase I like gathering more insights and perspectives into a piece of media I enjoy so a yapper (especially one with a specific role/lense such as psychology) it is always such a treat
