If Pe$o opened up with “Aloha to the Alola” I would’ve lost it

Synapse is pronounced that way in england lmao it's different to the american way, glad you enjoyed it!

The line about innocence at 7:43 was actually a reference to what Concordia tells you about N's past before the fight as his castle. Concordia quotes, "N's heart is pure and innocent. But there is nothing more beautiful and terrifying than innocence." Not many people get that part but I think its a pretty cool call-back

Rustage is the embodiment of fire, every song he is in, it is Hellfire

BTW if you don't know who NateWantsToBattle is, he's a legend in nerdcore and overall YouTube history. I can't say exactly when he truly took off, but I'll say around 2013-2015/16. He does covers and originals, and everyone loves him 😄

No cap, Mewtwo saw the verse those two had planned and yeeted them the fuck off the track. It was waaaaaaaay too fire.

Okay, so real talk though, I'm pretty sure N was just able to communicate with Pokemon on a deeply empathic level and had befriended a Zorua that travelled with him.

Zach is the embodiment of conviction, he says words with such tone. That you'll believe it. And the most ridiculous thing about it is that the things that he says makes people to question they entire lives and have a moral dilemma 😂

“I got a fire monkey i dont care bout the story im just here to fuck everyone up”
Ya know what? Respectable.
Also my favorite part about maxie’s verse is he precedes the pad line with “buy up all the earth as private land”, so the entire world is his pad.

1:07 "I don't know what I don't know"
-Professor Kuro (2021)

I appreciate u shouting out the credits
Not a lotta peeps do that

Shoutouts to the homie kuro

Hey Kuro, back again to break down every pokemon bar that you had questions on. So les gooooo:

PS: Keep in mind that I was a competitive battler so I haven't casually played these games in well over a decade. So I'm sorry for probably messing up some references. And as always, SORRY FOR THE LONG COMMENT

Giovanni was the Ground type gym leader.
It could also be a double for the game corner hideout in the games, "ungrounding" their hideout in a sense.

Howl raises your attack, Intimidate lowers your opponent's attack.
While yes, Archie was part of Team Aqua.
And the ability you're referring to there is Rough Skin that Sharpedo is able to have, the other being Speed Boost

The world you're referring to is the Distortion World which defies all laws of gravity
And to summarize what Cyrus's plan was: Destroy the world because he doesn't like it and recreate a new one. That is legit it...I think

And N is the character that was able to understand pokemon language and befriended Zorua which soon evolves into a Zoroark, which is showed in his team in the games

Gyaradosite was the correction pronunciation which is pretty weird
And Lysandre was out of his mind in reviving the Ultimate Weapon that ended the war about 3000 years ago, in the timeline that is up to XY, and just let the world burn

The MILF mentioning in SailourLove's intro of the verse is just a reference to horny internet being horny for how hot Lusamine is despite having a caring daughter and a delusional/masturbated-too-hard-so-right-hand-hurts son. She's in her 40s according to her dialogue, I believe, but she looks like she's in her 20s.
The way how Nihilego worked in the games is that it's a jellyfish that used poison to take control of the brain or something. I never paid attention to the dex entries nor the anime, so that is my best guess for that.

Guzma was a part of Team Skull from (Ultra) Sun and Moon
And that "Fuck Kukui" line is a reference to their past; from being friends to being rejected to being island kahunas (island leaders basically) which tore them apart but they still retain respect for one another...in a way. Which lead to Kukui being a professor and Guzma, taking the rejection personally, a gang leader

Chairman Rose had an all steel type team, hence the clock background dictating the beat a little. But also, the Shift Gear line is a reference to his Kilnklang, a literal gear with a smaller gear,  learning that move and having it be a part of its moveset.
As for the Peon line, it's a name drop for Peony, another steel type user that only shows up in the Crown Tundra DLC for Sword and Shield

The synapse is an actual thing and is pronounced the same way in English, not just the UK as how Rustage said.
The synapse is the tendril thing to carry the signals from neurons to neurons, or brain cells. To put it into more perspective, it's the "tail" end of the neurons. And this relates to Mewtwo due to Psychic typing, all about the mind

I swear Cam makes the best pokemon music out there.
GBJ and Hala absolutely had best verse, unbeatable. though Connor and PE$O are the ones i will be talking about for a while.

Also i dont know why Rustage felt the need to hurt us like that...

So this is gonna be long

Giovani being the ground type kanto gy leader held the Earth badge
which Ash got illegitimately as Team Rocket dropped it at one point in the anime thus he never did fight thee boss (maybe it's something int the manga too but I don't know the manga at all

Cyrus had some play on time and space cuz Dilaga and Palkia

N's full name is Natural Harmonia Gropius. ("Guess you can call me Natural" him being a Zoroark's just a theory tho
King Silk (btw do react to his and Matt4yo's pokemon black and white track it's amazing) mentions truth and ideals in his verse. Reshiram and Zekrom splitting from the original dragon as the two brothers who were its masters fought over a world of truth and a world of ideals

as  far as Lysandre's philosophy he deemed everything not beautiful as inferior and decided it shall be destroyed (on that list was also aging) so yea he did basically want to destroy the world and have a new beautiful one rise from those ashes

as for Chairman Rose from the gen 8 games that fufe is that one god damn idiot who decides "imma unleash a pokemon that turns other pokeon into god damn kaiu, succeed int aming it and use its power as energy for Galar"
SPOILER
he done fucked up

that's pretty much it
I trimmed down some stuff cuz I had like a paragraph of it and yt didn't wanan send itand I had to retype it all
great reaction, great song, keep it up
and if I may slide in another recomendation
would be coolto see your reaction to Man on the Internet's Pokemon Musical Bytes
he basicaly took pokemon game soundtrack
making it into songs
there's more than those he labeled as Bytes but you may not catch much o those since those're gen 8

🤔 I think N was the Dr.Dolittle of pokemon

Ham's verse was about Rose who was the main villain of sword and shield and who only used steel types.

I was literally just watching this song now im just waiting for the mega evolution cypher

i love how actually mad you were at Pete for saying "F*ck kukui" its hilarious

So glad someone who knows Pokémon and rap reviewed this. New sub you absolute legend 😵‍💫

Lets be honest, Ham's first flow had most people on they feet! Mans gonna slay it if he go live too! Man's sounds like one of em dudes who gon kick the door in witha shoot gun and dare people to ask for smoke

Literally just finished watching the og song, then bam, On shit homie kuro on this heat. Bet, hey boss going on smoke break be back in 15 time to ride for the homies 🔥🔥🔥🔥
