I was Wrong About Dav and Bethany. Paul and Morgan Are Still the Worst.

Last year, I made a video talking about Christian couples that I thought had no business offering marriage advice given the apparent state of their unions. I pointed out that their godly marriage seemed woefully unhappy.

In the "24 Hours With" video, and subsequent reactions from Bethany and Dave and Paul and Morgan, a few of the assumptions I made got turned on their heads.

For this video, I recklessly speculate about what Dav's deconstruction means for the future of Girl Defined, and I can't help but point out a few of ‪@PaulandMorgan‬'s fresh hypocrisies and scriptural blind spots.

Wtf? Paul commenting on how he "appreciated" the girls he saw at the gym who tied long sleeved shirts around their waists is... weird. I've done that, but it wasn't because I was actively trying to be modest. I got too warm and took it off. 😂 i guarantee it was the same for those girls. What a strange thing to even bring up.

Ironically enough, Dav and Bethany’s relationship seems so much healthier now that he has admitted he is deconstructing. That secret/Dav trying to force himself to believe must have been very stressful for their relationship. Maybe some therapy has helped as well but they seem like they’re in a great place. I hope he helps here deconstruct some of her more harmful beliefs.

Paul and Morgan still seem like they don’t like each other though. 😂

The funny thing about Paul's comment about covering up at the gym, is that it's exactly the reason why I cover up. Because guys like him like to look. Not because I'm a "modest Christian girl who's just so happy to cover herself for the lord". Jesus. How deluded of him.
