Announce on social media you're dropping .5 million in Visa gift cards (sponsored by Visa) on top of a military installation and the country will completely turn against each other

Atrioc talking about marketing again is a recession indicator

I know that life lock failed but I have so much respect for them for putting their money where their mouth was.

This would have been a wins/fails video on the main channel if the economy was in a better spot

Ask fm wasn’t worse quora. It was a way for socially awkward 14 year olds to confess their crush and/or bully other socially awkward 14 year olds

To be fair to the LifeLock CEO, Social Security numbers are REALLY easy to guess. The first 5 numbers are literally just based off where you were born and the last 4 just move up sequentially. So you can literally take your number and subtract 1 and get someone else’s. This wasn’t changed until 2011 where it became randomized, but that means anyone older than 14 has an unsafe number. So his number wasn’t at risk at being discovered since it could have been already, but he made the mistake of giving people a “challenge” and also connecting that SSN directly to a millionaire so any crook wouldn’t have to waste their time trying multiple SSNs until they finally got someone rich.

If china got SHEIN to spam discount cards across the US in paper forms from the sky  there would be chaos

There was a British plan to drop counterfeit deutchmarks over nazi Germany during WWII, not sure if it ever really took off but it's largely what Atrioc was describing fictitiously.

tbh im always surprised how many weird advertising campaigns that use city spaces don’t get approval from the actual city

The whole "drop gift cards as a war strategy" feels suspiciously close to a war crime.

@15:30
I used to work with commercial nitrogen generation machines, pressure swing adsorption method.
It only takes 1-2 breaths to lose consciousness with a Nitrogen cloud. You cannot smell it, taste it, see it, and since it does not bind to CO2, you don't get a notification that you're choking. You go hypoxic within seconds, which makes you confused, then you go unconscious within 30 seconds of exposure. Unless someone removes you physically (in which case they also need to hold their breath before attempting this, or else they will become a victim too), you're done. It is so incredibly dangerous my god, those people should be put in prison for criminal negligence.

It seems like Dar Robinson didn't die filming the soccer ball scene. It was after the stunt had been completed, and they were just recording a follow-up shot of him driving away. They had already sent their medical crew home, and Dar missed his braking point, driving over the cliff.

6:50 Saying its guaranteed is not fraudulent advertising. Guarantee mean if they fail you get something in return. Sometimes guarantee are not even fully covering stuff so guarantee has very minimal meaning you have to read the terms folks!

2:30 99 red balloons because they’re covered in blood

they're gonna have to learn the principles from videogames like RUST that incentivise strife.
Don't drop the gift card, dop the crate with a countdown for the goodies to open.
A group will start defending it and deterring other people to come near, they need to empower single rogue actors to grief the large groups with some random weapon drops that quickly break or have a timer too

Really shows how completely detached from reality some marketing execs are. "We should hold a competition where people try and kill themselves to get a wii." How was that guy not shouted out of the room and then fired?

Whats with the censored bit?

To be fair, Dar Robinson was kind of at fault in that one - the soccer balls had nothing to do with that stunt, it was a basic high speed run and he missed his braking signal at the turn and rode his bike straight off a cliff….

8:26 ahhh Ask FM… haven’t heard that name in years. The source of middle school bullying all over the country

I respect that personal security CEO for putting it all on the line
