Homelander flew through so many trees in that chase but the only splinter that really stuck in him came from A-Train reading him to filth

That scene with Homelander talking about AI is such a good jab at how a certain president smirks and acts like he's so smart when he explains something simple.

RIP A-Train, never thought id miss him so much

I loved Clarus' expression during the dialogue between Ashley and Sage.

When the show is more real than the reality we live in currently.

R.I.P. Reggie Franklin aka A-Train.
You will truly be missed.

"I found my asshole like, a mile away"...words you never thought you'd ever hear.

Hearing and knowing language are EXTREMELY different than talking. Kimiko knew how to and was used to communicate with sign language. So she could think freely….now she’s “thinking too loud.”  It’s an amazing nuance in writing.
Keep watching. There are more ‘new to talking’ nuances on kimono coming.

A-Train had such an amazing redemption arc.

I think the biggest shame of this episode was that Huey and the guys will never know why a train died and I think it would have meant a lot to them and his family to know that he sacrificed himself to save an innocent

Having achieved a great redemption for a train, and deserving of a recognition that Homelander himself would never have obtained, even if he had tried, people fear and despise him; before, A-Train was an ignorant man, but he redeemed himself as a true hero.

I think Kimiko's issue is that she has never needed to have a filter before.  She "spoke" to people sure, but it was always a conversation with a destination.

She spent most of her life with only an inside voice and now she can't tell what thoughts are supposed to be kept to herself... especially after living on tiktok.

"You have to choke him longer, he's only passed out" 😳

I have a theory that Sister Sage is an accelerationist, she's pushing Homelander to ramp up the extreme fascism because she knows it's too much too fast, and the people will backlash against it

Another thing to consider with Kimiko.  When you have to sign everything, thats an extra layer of thought and effort that goes into communicating. If you then gain the ability to freely instantly, you need to relearn how to filter yourself.

18:19 I love love LOVE the way that this exchange ends.

These two characters have known and opposed each other for years are only NOW really clocking the fundamental difference in how they see the world and human nature.

Like they’ve always hated each other, but they’ve never had the space to cut to the core of why they were always going to hate each other until now.

I've been watching a lot of reaction videos to this and finally this is the first time I"ve seen someone mirror my reaction to A Train's Jonbenet crack the first time I heard it.  Talk about truly tasteless humor.  Worthy of "The Boys."

We always knew that Love Sausage was going to get the Jabba death; but not that MM would give it to him.

To answer: Can't A-Train just 1 shot The Deep in the blink of an eye, like just Robin him?
Season 4 Episode 7: A-Train saves Butcher and Annie by running full speed at The Deep, only pushing him into a pillar. It's easy to forget how insanely durable and strong The Deep is because he's the comic relief . We technically have had two official "fights" between them in the show already. Lastly you got to factor in they are next to the ocean and The Deep can control it, so he possibly could've had the upper hand, sorry for rant Edit: HL lasering Butcher then lifting the bed up to see him gone kind of broke immersion for me, that cliche has been done to death and yeah did HL's X-ray visionjust decide not to work? XD

Well after that final comment, I have a feeling we have a slightly differing impression on what nerdy activities are, but oddly appropriate for this show
