You’re NOT alone, I too haven’t had back fat or really belly fat until now, I’m 60 and the menopause belly struggle is real. Also I was so stuck on buying”my size” jeans and beat myself up about having to go up a size and would rather buy the smaller more uncomfortable size with the promise to lose weight and they will for better- not anymore! Thank you for all you do! Wishing you continued health and recovery from your foot surgery 🙏🏻❤️

Thank you! I just put on 6 pounds overnight after going on creatine. My brain and muscles are very happy so I’m sticking with it but my pants are fitting differently with the added water gain and muscle mass.😉❤️

One comment on rise - I struggled with high-rise pants for a long time until I realized I have a longer rise. So I have to say that because the smallest part of high-rise jeans does not hit me on the smallest part of my waist, knowing if you have a longer or shorter rise will definitely help you figure out your fit!

I appreciate your transparency with gaining weight and pants tight, I am going through same thing due to menopause and it's hard to lose weight. I have some really nice pants on hold now as they don't fit. It is depressing and I am trying to lose but it is hard. I enjoy this type of video because it is real and I love how you are so classy and go over things so methodically. Have a nice day! by the way, you look great!

Erin, I haven't followed you the last year as much as I use to because being 69 years old, I just felt like you were more for the late 40's - early 50's woman. HOWEVER, your demeanor, your style sense is seriously the best ..... your delivery has always been my favorite. Next thing all of your fans will be asking you for is your diet / exercise plan - I, too, was not able to exercise for over 4 months last year due to a leg injury, Not only does it affect us physically but certainly takes a mental toll.
