Bruce Mac Master resigned as president of ANDI after 13 years in the position. The decision came amid growing tensions with the government of President Abelardo De La Espriella, characterized by restrictions on ministers meeting with business leaders.

Regarding the departure, Interior Minister Rodrigo Lara maintained that the decision was made independently by the business sector. However, sectors close to the Executive Branch celebrated the change, while María Paula Correa and Antonio Celia are being mentioned as possible successors.

This summary also covers the government-ordered freeze on gasoline price increases, María Fernanda Cabal's resignation from the Democratic Center party, and the deterioration of public order in Chocó due to attacks by the ELN. Additionally, the budget discussions for the Special Jurisdiction for Peace (JEP) were addressed on the tenth anniversary of the peace referendum.
