Just a gentle reminder to keep comments kind and respectful. Any remarks that are disrespectful towards Floor Jansen—whether about her appearance or her singing—will be hidden from the channel. It’s absolutely fine to prefer Asami, but there’s no need to attack Floor to express that preference. I’m sure Asami herself would appreciate respectful support for all artists. 🫶

If you loved this one, check out "Frozen Serenade" = more gliding grace :) - For more piano, also check out "Epilogue".... and for... piano-adjacent.. "Spellbound" :D

Nice reaction! I recommend you also listen to the version of Swan song with the Chopin intro. You´ll be stunned!

Nice reaction.

I guess I'll be the first to say this - it's a shame you didn't check out the "Swan Song w/Chopin intro" version from the Five of a Kind concert in 2020. I believe a majority (51%+) of the Wolfpack would say it's a slightly better live version for this particular song, and this reaction version is spectacular as always with LOVEBITES.

The 2020 version has a whole different feel to it. It's The Miyako Show on steroids. She plays, on piano, a Chopin intro which isn't on this version. You hear the backing track of piano in this version - the outro from 2020 brings the backing track to life much better in the mix, something you don't hear/see often. The 2020 sound mix perfectly presents her virtuoso playing, and compared to this version is focused on studio level audio with distinct separation and clarity with each instrument. You should check it out for yourself: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WBhtqgiXEA4

I grew up playing piano, and this version disappointed me just a tad because of the comparison to the 2020 where the piano is prominent.

like many others say listen to the other version too . In case you didn't know, Miyako the piano player is a trained concert pianist and taught herself to play the guitar. I'm pretty sure you know Helloweens “Eagle fly free” , this song was released by Miyako as a piano cover on YT . the link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-h3BLRs0Xr4

Frozen Serenade is another that has a cool piano and acoustic guitar part you will love.

"Their songs are so rampant." "Asmami is like the swan." 'Serotonin'. That pretty much says it all. Great reaction. Thanks.

You need to listen to Edge of the World, one of Lovebites's "E" songs. It features more of Miyako's piano plus it highlights Asami's singing.
The "E" songs are three ballads, done in typical Lovebites fashion. They are Edge of the World, Empty Daydream, and Epilogue. For another incredible ballad, add A Frozen Serenade.

The piano has been a fixture of Lovebites performances since almost their beginning. Miyako , on piano, studied classical piano from age 3 . . and begged her grandpa to buy her a guitar when she graduated from high school. She wrote this song (she composes almost half of ALL Lovebites songs) with influences from Chopin, and Dvorak's New World Symphony. There will probably be people who will tell you that you picked the wrong performance. That's BS, there Are No 'wrong' Lovebites performances. There is another performance of Swan Song where Miyako plays a Chopin Intro to the song - and the sound of the piano is more prominent in the mix https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WBhtqgiXEA4 . You might want to check that one out on your own time.   I hope you continue to enjoy your Journey with Lovebites . . and include us in your explorations. Thanks for another Great reaction.

Lovebites AND the Metal Muse in one video. It's like knocking on heaven's gate.

Asami would be happy to hear you say "Yes I can!", as much of her lyricism implores us to push onward, to find each other and not just live, but thrive. It's one resona LOVEBITES has become my favorite band, and "Swan Song" is one I never skip.

Great reaction ! If you enjoy piano and classical music, then check out this version of Swan Song LIVE where Miyako (lead guitarist/pianist at stage left) plays a Chopin intro to this song : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WBhtqgiXEA4 . Also, check out Miyako's piano interpretation and reimagination of Helloween's "Eagle Fly Free" : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-h3BLRs0Xr4

Every time I hear those ladies perform I'm in awe...

I had never thought about how lucky I was to exist in the same era as someone—until I discovered LOVEBITES. Over the past few decades, I had unknowingly become quite cynical. But after witnessing these incredible ladies live three times, I started to recall the youthful, optimistic mindset I had back in my teenage years. Now, I even find myself paying more attention to my physical health. I’m truly grateful to them for saving me.
Please continue spreading the word about LOVEBITES whenever you can. Thank you.

They are phenomenal

🤟🏻❤️‍🔥Lovebites🐺Majestuosas❤️‍🔥🤘🏻
Hermosa reacción a mi banda femenina favorita, gracias‼️

You MUST see 2020 version with Chopin intro, beats this version , mix and video editing.  Miyako = Genius !  Although I think Asami's vocal performance is improved in this recent version , a cleaner audio on it too.  Frozen Serenade is another Miyako Masterpiece to look at.

Frozen serenade?... spellbound?..have you ever check it?... please try... can't wait your reaction to those songs🙏

Miyako is a concert pianist, and in this concert she played a Chopin intro for this song. You should have heard it from the very beginning. She's always the best on both instruments. I love her.

Marvelous. As for me: this song will stay forever young. Here I experience all the beauties of the metal genre in one go - it's a genuine demonstration of excellence by all accounts.
Yes, Lovebites really know how to bring on the good times- and that always and on every stage. What a unique band these ladies are.
