Vegeta in the DBS Manga truly has the Best Character Development that shows he has come a long way from his Time back in the DBZ Era, I love the Fact that he actually has an Opposite Synopsis as his Rival, Goku,
While Goku eventually starts to finally Accept his Saiyan Heritage and Pride thanks to his Father (Bardock), Vegeta starts to finally accept his new Life on Earth as his Home to Protect.
Vegeta only ever loses because the main antagonist always talks no jutsu right before they die causing Vegeta to talk his shit and then he fumbles. It happened with Cell, Frieza, and Moro. At least he put up a better performance against Moro and Granola for a while right after Goku gets his ass beat too.
I think the great part about Super Vegeta in the manga is that he is shown to finally become a martial artist in way he just wasn’t in Dragon Ball up to that point. He learned techniques and the meanings behind them of his own volition, for his own self development. Likewise he had always been a destroyer, but channeling and coming to respect why and his species legacy is immensely important. It’s this quiet introspection that Goku pulls off all the time (constantly learning from his experiences and also whom he fights) is what makes his Super arc so compelling, particularly when he is speaking with Granola directly as the living personification of his species exterminator, but also as someone who knows that revenge and those negative emotions don’t lead anywhere fruitful.
ultra ego might have lost all his fights but he has some insane aura, two of my favorite moments in super is his whole fight agaisnt granola and him scaring the sh out of gas before passing out
I think it would have been really cool if vegeta unlocked blue evolution during the future trunks arc. Breaking his limits to protect his son. Besides ssbe vegeta with rage trunks would have been so cool to watch. Especially the galick gun moment
Manga DBS Vegeta is an ideal example of how a cruel and ruthless warrior from DBZ becomes a truly great defender of the universe by atoning for his sins, but also becoming more human and gentle like GT, while still maintaining his desire for greatness and his quest to be the strongest in his own way. Truly GOAT
15:40 you forgot to add the panel when Goku and Vegeta were going to fight Morro for the last time in Namek and they knew their efforts were futile. Goku and Vegeta smile at each other, symbolising a "Farewell, my brother" as they charge in for the last attack.
What i learn from the manga canon, that in the manga: 1. SSJ god basically replaced SSJ 2, a stable more perfect form beyond SSJ 1, 2. SSJ Blue replaced SSJ3, a more stable "exhausting, but quick for the kill" last resort form
