Das mit dem Lebensalter wird schwierig für mich, bin dieses Jahr 63 geworden. Dafür müsste ich mehr als 1x die Woche trainieren. 😂
Meine empfinden nach ist schon was für Spieler ( ich gehöre definitiv nicht dazu) die schon ziemlich routiniert sind und auch eine gewissen Erfahrung haben, oder liege ich falsch. Hat schon was mit Präzision und eine gute Spielball Kontrolle zutun. Werde mich intensiver damit beschäftigen und irgendwann auch mal versuchen. Sehr schon Frustration aufkommen 😂😂😂.
Aber das Video finde ich extrem gut gemacht und sehr verständlich. Danke dafür 😊🤜🏻🤛🏻
