just approached a girl in the gym today that was looking at me and she's a gymnastic coach so she gave me advice for my handstand for like 20mins. made a new friend!
People be scared of rejection but it's all about what your mindset is. You can shoot your shot and get rejected and feel bad about urself and feel "ugly" or "weird" OR you can choose to be proud that you did something most men are afraid to do. You choose how you feel
Sales is a great example. Don't invest in the sale before it's even begun, see if they're interested first. Not everyone on planet earth needs your product, so when they turn you down, you practically expect it. But when the right buyer comes along, the sale is effortless- they're practically pulling the product out of your hands. Not because it's the perfect product, but because they see it as valuable TO THEM. You gotta see yourself as having unique value. See rejection as buyer preference, not objective truth. And if you can't see your own value, that's the problem right there.
Exactly. The rejection only hurts because you kind of believe it. A rich man doesnāt take insult to being called broke because he knows better. You shouldnāt take insult to rejection because you know better. But you donāt know better, and deep down you question what inherit worth that you bring.
