#caravanlife #vanlife #minimalism What a hectic week! Moving day has come! From van life UK to living in a caravan

In this video we show you the last crazy week we have had. Moving home is never easy and we wanted to show you all the campervan, home and static caravan / holiday home updates

We also delve into minimalism and living minimally and we finally get what it really means

This whole video takes place in the Brighton area

The plant-based fine dining restaurant is called Kokedama in Lewes, which we thoroughly recommend, here is the site https://www.theroundhill.co.uk/kokedama/

I do admire you both for doing what you are doing. I have lived in my static for a year and a half and I found it hard giving up all my stuff from living in a house. You are downsizing even more. Well done .

Wow, that was emotional. I really admire you both for simplifying your situation.

Both myself and my wife have ambitions of moving out of our rented three bed bungalow and living in a motorhome, fed up with this life and looking for an alternative lifestyle ! We are both in our 50’s + 3 grown up kids. Now it’s our time! Great video! You are an inspiration.

Janine crying actually set me off 😭 not only is she as cute as a f*cking button but I too had to throw away a lot of stuff I wanted a few months ago, I’m still so stressed I haven’t cried about it yet but listening to Janine I was nodding away in agreement and then...TEARS! So nice to hear you guys have had such a great experience with van life that you’re fully committing, wishing you more wonderful times! 💚✨

Wow, guys! Full of admiration for you both, huge decision but one I bet you'll never regret. Your comment about having so much stuff we're convinced we want because of advertising is spot on. We all really need to be wary of that! Wishing you much happiness in your new full time van life home :)

Congrats guys, what a big decision, we downsized two years ago when we moved home, its so hard but also feels great 😊 Love the hair 😉

You're living my dream. One day I'll get there and travel Australia eventually. You're giving me so much inspiration and for that I thank you.

This quite the emotive video. As ever, I continue to feel grateful that you are sharing your journey with us.

I live in a static for 10 months of the year and then I stay with friends or relatives for 2 months while the park is closed.
I'm literally 10 metres from the beach. I love it here, although the wind is a bit crazy sometimes!
Good luck with the next stage of your lives! I hope it works out for you both 😊

I feel for you, and well done! we moved recently and was also told by the local charity shop not to come back! Even so, now all I want is to get rid of more stuff! probably nowhere near as drastic as yours, but I do crave a more minimalist existence. (I'm also debating a haircut too, your hair looks fab, Janine!)

I probably shouldn't say this but I love your caravan!. We live in a 3 bedroom house we don't own and the thought of buying a caravan outright for our retirement really appeals to me. My hubby is not so keen but there is plenty of time to persuade him 😉. I really admire you for your lifestyle and wish you all the best for the future 😊

Wow I’ve just done the same thing! I sold my static in November and bought a T4 but he’s broken down and being repaired I’m in Cornwall just waiting to start my new life! All my belongings are in a container waiting to be sold - how spooky! Good luck ❤️
