Who's Next is a 10/10, easily. Top 5 all time great album.

1977 Sheperton Studios live Won’t get fooled again 💥💥💥💥💥

I enjoyed your reaction to my favorite band for over half a century. This is my favorite album. They not only had the best bass player, John Entwistle (RIP) but they had also arguably the best drummer, and certainly my favorite drummer, Keith Moon (RIP). Pete Townshend isn't the best guitarist, but he's REALLY good and has a unique style. Pete is a brilliant musician overall, and my favorite songwriter. And I've met Roger Daltrey...had my picture taken with him and have his autograph. A great rock singer! I will see them for the 15th time in August.

I bought this record in September of 1971. From the second the needle touched the first track, it has been my favorite album of all time. I still have that original copy and it is still my favorite album ever and is the most played record in my modest (around 500 records) collection of albums

Saw them the night they had to finish with a drummer from the crowd, after Moon passed out the second time.   Lynyrd Skynyrd was their opening act.

If you want to hear The Who at their absolute creative peak, you have to react to Quadrophenia. Pete himself said it was their last great album.

If you've ever watched CSI New York, You've heard Baba O'Riley

Check out their performance on the Smothers Brothers Show.  Guitar smashing, etc.

Check them out doing I Don't Even Know Myself at the Isle of Wight for in 71.

Loved this Album..i grew up in the generation where you bought an Album, took it home, and the packaging   became part of the listening experience. I would hold it and examine it as i delved deep into the music. Way better than videos!!! Good reaction!!!

You seriously need to see some videos of them in Concert. Sheperton  Studio videos are brilliant. their Woodstock set was brilliant, but generally their concerts were absolutely epic.

CSI theme songs- At least 4 of the Who's songs have been used on the CSI intros. I've heard "Who Are You" used on the Masked Singer show also. ( I think that is the name of the show)

Damn, wore this album out in high school! Not a bad tune on here, love the Who at their peak! And perhaps one of the best rock lyrics ever: Meet the new boss, same as the old boss!  sad that the song is still relevant today as it was back then, the feeling of pessimism and cynicism in the late 60s, early 70s.

Do Quadrophenia

Welcome to the best Rock album ever made.

There is not a bad song on this album .

FYI, The Guitarist/songwriter's name is simply pronounced 'Towns - end', don't pronounce the 'sh'. Also, the Who are acknowledged as about the best live band ever, check this out to see therm at their prime:   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GWRmsoBXAUw

it was a violin!
