When it comes to peaches, the first thing that comes to mind is the little peach "Momotaro," a Japanese folktale that has been remade numerous times. Many elements of the story have been reused, given its familiarity with the people of the rising sun. In this episode, Joe Bongo takes us to hear the story of Momotaro and explores interesting interpretations, from textbooks to travel stories to World War II propaganda.
