This might be a little random, but I wanted to mention something just in case it's helpful. I'm not a doctor, so take this with a grain of salt, but I have migraines, and some of the things you described, like the eye twitching and feeling hungover after just one drink, can be symptoms. It may be something completely different, but I figured I'd mention it in case it gives you another avenue to explore with your doctor. Hope you're feeling better!
