People who are truly happy don't need validation from the internet for it.

Children aren’t for everyone and that’s ok, what isn’t ok is shaming people for having kids.

Edit: ok, apparently I need to say this too because people are incapable of reading between the lines. Yes, this also implies that it is not ok to shame people for not having kids as well. The ONLY reason you should shame people is when they have kids and neglect them/refuse to control them.

Honestly the people who see a problem with other humans having kids probably shouldn’t have kids.

The audacity of someone without kids talking about their ancestors dreaming about not having kids....

For me the benefit of having a child is the child.  I remember putting my son to bed when he was six.  I was sitting down to read him his bed time story.  He looked up at me and said "Dad, I like bedtime best of all.  It's the snugliest time."

I actually think society is better off when ppl who don't care to be parents avoid becoming a parent.

13:55 dont listen to people who clap when they speak

You can live a fulfilled life without kids, but having children does give a unique type of fulfillment you can't find somewhere else.

Symptoms of a major depressive disorder
1. Not wanting to go anywhere.
2.Not wanting to get out of bed. .
3. Excessive feelings of skepticism about the future.
4. Overly fixated about your personal discomfort.

Why are these people clapping all the time? Are they applauding for themselves?
It is very annoying!

I guess the good thing about these influencers and famous people not procreating is the fact that their terrible ideas aren’t going down their family tree.

I’m sitting here with my newborn in my arms, just barely getting enough sleep to function during the day, and to hear people ask what is the benefit of having kids? Sure I had to put aside a lot of my wants to take care of him. This is the first chance I’ve had in like a week to just sit and watch some YouTube for a bit before I clean the house, but I’d say the benefit of having kids is long term. It’s not immediately satisfaction, and it’s not materialistic. The benefits are getting to watch kids grow up, getting to watch the light in their eyes as they engage in something they’re passionate about, and hopefully have kids who want to be apart of my life even when I’m old. It’s the same thing that’s plaguing this generation, short term satisfaction.

I really don't care whether people want to have kids or not but if this kid thinks she's going to be hot for 40 more years she's delusional

I am the mother of a 17 month old little girl and I’m the first to tell you that raising a kid (especially one this young) is no walk in the park. It’s one of the hardest things I have ever done and there definitely are days where I miss my child free existence (like the last couple of days when both of us were horribly sick and instead of resting I still had to get up and take care of her). But do I regret becoming a mother? Not for a second. I love watching her grow up into a person and learning new things and discovering the world. And there is no better feeling in the world than seeing her doing a little happy dance before coming running over to give me a big hug when I come to pick her up from daycare after a long day. No matter how shitty my day has been before that, seeing how happy she is to see me completely erases all the negativity every single time.
I understand that having a kid isn’t for everyone and I’d never want anyone to have a kid unless they genuinely wanted it because no kid deserves to grow up and feel unwanted. But this seemingly endless attempt at making parenting out to be some kind of life sentence in hell frankly really pisses me off because it’s not true. If you don’t want kids then don’t have them but you don’t need to shit on those of us that do.

I can tell this "espresso man" that I have two school-aged children. I get to drink my Saturday morning coffee in complete peace without any shouting. Both of my kids know how to make their own breakfast and eat nicely without yelling. Another thing is these diaper purchases. Apparently childless people imagine that you buy diapers for kids until they're 18?

When I was child free, my time was still dicatated by my employer and finances. These people who claim they go on trips all of the time never made sense.

Seth Rogan saying he is as smart as he has ever been?

Damn, never heard somebody so viciously insulting themselves before.

They don't understand what a humiliation ritual is.

The infantilization of society. Why would you have kids when you are a kid because you never grew up.
