"The parrying is going to be so satisfying"

you need to play Onimusha then lol

Very interesting take on everything. Won’t spoil anything. This even takes place on Earth-1048, the same continuity as Insomniac’s Spider-Man games. So it’s very interesting that the X-Men don’t exist yet, while we know the Avengers have been around since Peter Parker was 15 (26 to 27 in the games). And also the Fantastic Four as well, but there are no signs of the X-Men existing, simply because of legal reasons. Marvel didn’t own the movie rights to the X-Men until 2019, while Spider-Man came out in 2018. So there were no direct references to the X-Men or mutants, unlike The Avengers for example. They couldn't even add the Baxter building, home of the Fantastic Four, to the universe until Spider-Man 2 (2023) came out. Since those movies rights were also opened by Fox. So the building was missing from the New York skyline in the first game.

So yeah... no X-Men yet. So instead we have Team X, founded by Nathaniel Essex of all people, who kind of fills the role of the X-Men in a way, just in a far more militant way. Very much their Charles Xavier aka Professor X. Team X does exist in the comics and the line-up is pretty accurate, minus Mystique. But it has nothing to do with Essex and was a government programme under the Weapon X program. A kind of CIA/black-ops military unit active during the 1960s and 1970s made up of Mutants who were kidnapped and had their memories wiped.

So I’m very interested to see what Logan’s origin is like with all these changes to Weapon X not being part of the Weapon Plus, Weapon X program.

God fornøjelse! 🔥

Looking forward to seeing your gameplay :) Been looking forward to this game since it was announced back in 2021, lets go!

Don’t mean to be that guy, but I’d love to see you play Blood of Dawnwalker. I just finished it, and since you’re into Mass Effect, I feel like this one would hook you pretty fast.

I played this game on my PS5 pro and I'm loving it.

You didn't see X-Men movie 😵

Cam the GOAT

I've heard early-reviewers say you don't even have to participate in the QT events, that Logan will do the move even without your input, once the timer runs out.

Did we get to the fart gas yet?

How does the controller feel in combat? It looks amazing, fast and intense.
Great job

Great video! 😊 will you play the witcher 3 remastered?

Isn't Victor (Sabretooth) Logan's brother?

Can you make a danish video

Phenomenal video and gameplay as always cam. Keep being amazing.  Interesting game.
