I do want to mention that Duolingo went down the “Replace human translators with AI language models” tunnel, so I don’t like them anymore.

In the LGTV community, you would be a V, because you're a vision ✨♥️✨

I have a friend who’s a trans man and he was a huge fan of Mulan growing up. His favorite character was Shang. Shang made a man out of him

Pippin's other response to "What's in your trousers?" would be a very perplexed "I am?" because it's a silly question, he's in the trousers, otherwise they'd be without a wearer and he'd be trouserless and likely chilly.

And snackless.

The other issue with changing tables in bathrooms is, they're often only in women's bathrooms. I learned about this because my boss was a single father and hated when they had to change their daughter's diaper. When we were working at my local museums, we tried to convince our executive director to make sure changing tables were in all bathrooms because there was only one space in one of the women's bathrooms at a single location.

ironically the japanese underneith the many symbols on the door does translate as "everyone toilet" so you were spot on there XD

4:47 it says in japanese "anyone, toilet"
So very inclusive 😊

It amazes me how conservatives will call anything grooming except for actual p*dophilia.

It is natural to be afraid of things we don’t understand. It’s very unnatural to refuse to learn about the things that scare us

Well that was a unique intro to say the least

The second Adam Tots comic actually WAS originally a MAGA hat and pro-Trump stuff. The MILF stuff was an edit.

8:24 Look, I understand the homophobic double meaning and the connotations but I don’t know a SINGLE queer person that wouldn’t pass by that trash container, point at it and say “Me”.

"too afraid of rainbows to paint them" that’s the saddest thing i’ve ever heard🤣🌈

About garbage bins: my neighbor put jumbo googly eyes on his trash can, so when the garbage collector comes and that big mechanical arm comes out the googly eyes go bonkers while the trash cans being emptied.😂

4:47 that says "dare demo toire" which literally means "anyone toilet". It's just a gender neutral + disabled bathroom lol. The rainbow probs just means genderqueer so you can use it if the other ones don't fit your gender, & the pregnant sign as well isn't forbidding them from entering elsewhere, it just means they can have priority for that bathroom just like priority seating on transport

I learned that the "confirmed bachelor" thing was in fact an older way to say someone was gay. I think it's about the idea that they would never get married so they would remain a bachelor or something? It's been a while since I looked it up.

7:56 the guy who muders me better put my corpse into the rainbow dumpster like the way you have to seperate paper and plastic in the recycling

I wish Duolingo didn't go and use AI for translating things and laying off employees, not to mention how incorrect some translations are, it's unfortunate that people lost their jobs

7:40 its a jokey stereotype that lesbian couples often have a person that dresses goth and a person that dresses in pastel/pink outfits
