Fabulous machine. Great vlog

That’s a beautiful and clean BMW 1150gs 😍

I sold my 1150 GS with 140 000 miles (not KM) on the clock, I regretted it and bought a 2003 1150 GSA, fitted lower shocks (from a standard GS) and removed the ABS. Perfect machine for commuting and tearing around Austrian/Italian/Swiss Alps...I would recommend stripping and checking the starter motor every year and flushing all fluids, clutch and brake every year.

Hello sir, i sold my duc multi v4s 2024, and by a gs 1150 adventure 2005.
I was done with all the electronics , more computer then bike, i am really happy with the bike, i ride all off europa without any probleme’s , it is a carpet on the road.
Thank you for the film

I really like that particular colour scheme. I bought my 99 GS for $1500 AUD. After various repairs and upgrades it cost me about $5k (so about 2.5k euro). Re two up - I use to have a Honda dominator 650. Did two up with a load of stuff no problem.

still remains my best GS... congratulations

Beautiful machine….I own the twin….have not had any trouble with it. A few suggestions….brake hoses should be replaced if original….aftermarket stainless braided kits are available and an easy repair….fully flush fluid when replacing. Flush clutch fluid. Check if the left side cam chain tensioner has been replaced by upgraded model. There are videos addressing this issue…it is an easy job and will prolong engine life. Enjoy your machine….

Great video. The 1150GS should be easier to service at home. Lovely motorcycle.

Sometimes you have to make some sacrifices!

But at least you stayed in the GS family...  and that's the one that really started it all with Ewan and Charlie, love it!

If you ever think about selling her, talk to me first :)

That is a very clean good looking bike and
super value for money.  I have an RT because im a shortarse and end up on my tippy toes on the GS😁😁

Lovely machine,I have one the same in Cork which I have upgraded in many ways to bring it into the 21st century without spoiling it's essence, safe riding

ಸೂಪರ್ sir... Things may end but memories stay forever 💥🙏

I dont know about that. Love my 1250gs too much!! Im from the netherlands and subs 2…👍

I just downgraded from a KTM 1290SAS to a 2012 GSA. Couldn't be happier.

I rode a Yamaha 750 super tenere it was absolutely awful .The Bmw R1150 gs on the other hand is a superb bike .

Made the same journey in april. Bought my 1250 new 2019 amd did 60000km on it. But time to go. And bought a r1150gs in april. Maintenance will be easier at home and hopefully by my own hands. Miss the Cruise control though. A lot. And hade to put in a higher saddle and some risers and so on. But have to ziptied that topbox holder on?

Did you see you have ,a ticker killer fitted😉

ULEZ says "NO".
