The scenery is majestic.I skied at Zermatt once when I was a child. I have never experienced summer skiing. I found skiing extremely taxing on my joints and ligaments. The summer was a much needed period of convalescence. Excellent Video! Thanks for sharing ☀

Went skiing there in June as well a couple years back. So worth it!

I lived in Germany 13 years. I loved skiing the Alps anytime, but the glacier skiing is such an amazing blessing. One of my favorite memories was a Memorial Day weekend with a bunch of friends. We skied the Stubai Glacier in Austria. One of my friends decided it would be a great idea to go shirtless!? That night in the bar, everyone was slapping him on his very RED sunburned back. HAHAHAHA

I bet they are having their time of their life in Chile.... I hope they went last week and got hit hard with that crazy snow... Definitely can't wait to see the video even if it's several parts

Summer skiing has been stopped on July 31, 2026 because of high temperatures.
Open only for some ski teams practice.

Last May and November I was there for a weekend off-season snowboarding; I love this place. And again in September and October will be there again before the new season kicks in near my place in Andermatt.
