I like your friendly, positive attitude! I'm 73, have only been riding for a year, and ride a DCT. Yep, a triple whammy. But I practice as much as possible - in fact going for a ride without practicing some skills doesn't feel right. If I were 50 years younger, maybe I could make progress more quickly. But I do feel more connected to the bike as of late, and that's a fantastic feeling.

I have seen dozens of videos like this but none of them taught me how to maintain throttle while full-locked, that's the most challenging thing for me. My hand struggle to hold a throttle position while twisted because of the fulllock. I'm talking about turning right, not left. In Australia the road test requires slow u-turn clockwise, which is turning right, throttle hand inside. I can do a lot better turning left.

"I am your new favorite motorcycle instructor" gets me every time! But it's true! Although I haven't watched the others, apart from 1-2 videos, I firmly believe that this channels is the first and last channel you need to become a good motorcycle rider!

I understand what you’re saying but wow it’s scary to risk dropping the bike in order to learn this technique!

I recently tried full lock turns before watching this video. Got it ok in the left turn but went into the right turn a little too confidentially. Almost dumped the bike, so I put my foot down. But then realized my bike was too heavy and if I didn’t speed up I was going to dump it no matter what. So I kept kicking my foot hoping to turn the bike upright while trying to manage throttle and clutch control at the same time. I completed about a dozen circles before I was able to bravely pick my foot up, open up the clutch a bit more and get out of it. My husband said I looked like a galloping horse on a skateboard. So anyway, thanks for the video haha

Hello! I'm 54 and have been riding for two years. I believe it's really important to practice before hitting the road, especially after a winter break when our muscles need a reminder. These videos are very helpful and motivating. Thanks for sharing!

Hi from Chicago IL USA. Just wanted to drop a message saying you are easily my favorite YouTuber in the moto space. I love your sense of humor and step-by-step approach to real road issues. Thanks!

Hello, my not-so-new favorite motorcycle instructor!

Great video, especially because you explained why full lock suddenly makes you feel unstable.
With your videos you often give that extra piece of important information that countless others don’t.  Thank you so much :)

Like the attitude, your English is getting much better and you are still one of the best instructors.

I’m not just a member of moto control I’m a v.i.p of my Andre …. Why because I listen to my Andre and love being a member of moto control!!!! And since I listen to my Andre I haven’t died yet …. Which proves the genius of my Andre

Thank you for the instructions.  I always feel unnerving when the bike is almost at full lock because it felt so unstable.  I need to practice using your technique  by incrementally doing it by going in 360 degrees.  Thanks again

I just got my license. I’m binge watching all your videos

It’s so interesting to realize that the more i ride and get used to the interplay of the bike, clutch, throttle, and rear brake, the more confidence i have and the more understanding I have of what you’re saying to do in your videos.
It’s such a great feeling when you start to actually know what you’re doing! 😅😂

Full lock turns are not to be avoided, rather learned and trained. Ride for 42 years and there were enough opportunities for full locks and enough opportunities where I have dropped it too 😂😂😂😂

Yeah, this is what I'm practicing after getting a new bike. I managed to get somewhat okay on my older bike, but the new one is bigger and heavier, and it feels like I almost need to start from the beginning.

Love the enthusiastic and energetic presentation! Also very nice and clear explanation of the physics behind the techniques! So helpful, thank you!

The best, I wish I could get a couple of these lessons in person with this guy! Thank you

Εξαιρετικος δασκαλος, χαμογελαστος ανθρωπος, καλο και διδακτικο βιτεο. Ευχαριστουμε θερμα.

Thank you Andrei, I've been struggling with this.  These instructions will be helpful.
