機材選びは自分自身が納得するのが一番かなと思っています
私はフレームがAnchorなのでタイヤもブリヂストンにしたりで自己満の世界で楽しんでいます♪
元々下半身柔らかくないのもあったので整骨院に通い始めたところ、脚の回り方は格段に軽やかになって、ベストタイムをだしたコースをベストの時より心拍3〜5bpm程度落として同タイムになるくらい改善がみられました！
パーツなどに目がいきがちですが自分のメンテにも費用割くのは絶対大事ですね、、、！😂
自分に投資できるくらい意識高かったら、若い頃の体重維持できて今より楽に走れたのにと思います
正直努力しないで少しでも楽したいから、パーツアップグレードしてます
抜重でもズレないからビンディングとほとんど同じ感覚で回せる。
SPDならMTBのケージ付き両面が良いよね。
若返らない体と心にどう向き合うのか…その延長線上に、どんなバイクでも楽しめる未来があるのかも😊

リチオン４に変えてみました。
プラシーボ効果もあるかもですが、乗り味がリチオン４のほうが圧倒的によかったです。
